Jay White is currently rumored to be considering the idea of not signing a new deal with New Japan Pro Wrestling when his contract expires at the end of this month, according to Super J-Cast.
It was reported that their sources stated that NJPW officials currently have some doubts that White will sign a new deal to stay. Prior reports of White’s current contract lasting until 2024 were stated to likely not be true.
It was also reported that WWE is currently making a “strong play” for White should he become available on the market.
Several sources have indicated there is some doubt whether Jay White will extend his NJPW contract, rumoured to be up at the end of the month. WWE are believed to be making a strong play for him and it’s 50/50 whether he stays or goes.
