Karrion Kross
A vignette for Karrion Kross aired tonight during NXT TakeOver, signaling that his return is imminent.
In between matches, as the commentators were talking, the lights began to flicker and a video of a vulture and other imagery was shown, then Kross’s voice said “tick tock.”

Kross has been out of action since suffering a separated shoulder in his NXT Championship win against Keith Lee at NXT TakeOver: XXX in August.
Last month, he said that he could be back “any second.”
Austin Theory
Austin Theory made his return to NXT tonight. He’s been off TV since he said that he “quit” after losing to Bronson Reed on the October 21 episode of NXT.
Theory helped Johnny Gargano win the NXT North American Championship tonight, running in while wearing a Scream mask and nailing Damian Priest with a lead pipe.
After the match, Theory unmasked himself and said “It was me, Austin! It was me all along… Austin!”
