WWE Considering News Plans for Otis & Money in the Bank Briefcase
Otis has been the holder of the Men’s Money in the Bank briefcase since winning the Men’s ladder match at this past May’s Money in the Bank event.
WrestleVotes reported that WWE officials have recently been considering new ideas for a change in direction for Otis’ Money in the Bank briefcase. These new ideas revolve around removing the briefcase from Otis and giving it to someone else instead so that the Money in the Bank briefcase can become a major storyline focus again.
The biggest roadblock to these potential plans reportedly is Vince McMahon who was stated to still be the biggest supporter of Otis and him as the holder of the briefcase within the company.
There have been multiple pitched ideas to remove the MITB briefcase from Otis & make the storyline a main focus again, some of which are really decent ideas I’ve been told. However, and this is a big however, Otis’ biggest fan is Vince. So right now, no go.

Angel Garza & Andrade Tag Team Status Update
As noted before, Angel Garza has been out of action for WWE since suffering a quadriceps injury at last month’s Clash of Champions event. Prior to his injury, Garza had been involved in an on-going storyline teasing the break up of his tag team partnership with Andrade, which led to Zelina Vega leaving the group.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that WWE currently has no plans for Garza and Andrade to continue working as a tag team going forward.
