Andrade has been suspended by WWE for violating their wellness policy, according to a report by Pro Wrestling Sheet.
Andrade was informed of the suspension this morning, Pro Wrestling Sheet says.
We don’t know what substance he tested positive for.
We also don’t know for how long the suspension is yet, but Robert Roode and Primo Colon were suspended for 30 days for their first violations of the wellness policy last month. Roode has since returned to TV.
WWE is expected to announce the violation soon.
Andrade was apparently written off of TV for a while tonight on Raw following his match against Humberto Carrillo. Zelina Vega interfered in the match, causing a disqualification, and Carrillo “snapped” and gave Andrade a hammerlock DDT on the exposed floor at ringside, leaving him lying with Vega and medical officials checking on him.
