Ric Flair WWE Contract Status
Recent rumors of Ric Flair signing a new contract with WWE were debunked by Dave Meltzer in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Meltzer reported that Flair pulling all of his merchandise from Pro Wrestling Tees after January 13th was not due to him signing a new deal with WWE and instead was simply just a recent business decision made by Flair and his team. Flair reportedly has received better financial offers from other retailers for his merchandise.
Meltzer also reported that Flair’s current contract with WWE expires at the end of this year and WWE likely will offer him a very good deal to keep him away from All Elite Wrestling.
Edge Denies Rumors of Him Returning to the Ring
Edge again seemingly denied rumors of him being medically cleared by WWE doctors for an in-ring return within the near future.
Still not and still not. Period.

There has been speculation for the past couple of months that Edge could be making his return to the ring due recent meetings he had with WWE officials.
Kacy Catanzaro WWE Status Update
As noted before, Kacy Catanzaro has been away from WWE since this past Summer due to a back injury and has also been considering the idea of retiring from wrestling. Catanzaro reportedly had a meeting with WWE’s head trainer Matt Bloom at the Performance Center earlier this month but no details regarding the meeting are known.
Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Catanzaro currently remains under contract with WWE and company officials currently feel that she might return at some point in 2020. Meltzer also reported that a recent story going around the company is that Catanzaro is potentially interested in competing in Dwayne Johnson’s Titan Games television series if given permission by the company.
