Updated Card for WWE Starrcade 2019

WWE has recently made several changes to the card of their Starrcade 2019 event next month in Duluth, Georgia.

Based on a recent advertisement from the host venue Infinite Energy Center, Bray Wyatt will now be defending his Universal Championship against Braun Strowman in a steel cage match and The Miz will now be challenging Shinsuke Nakamura for the Intercontinental Championship. Seth Rollins will also now be facing off against Erick Rowan instead of Randy Orton in a singles match.

All Elite Wrestling officials currently believe Jon Moxley will be working for New Japan Pro Wrestling at their Wrestle Kingdom 14 event this January in Tokyo, Japan, Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

NJPW reportedly generated an overall attendance of around 2,450 for last Saturday’s New Japan Showdown event in San Jose, California, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Ring of Honor officials reportedly have recently made a strong contract offer to Marty Scurll to keep in him the company once his current deal expires at the end of this month, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Dave Meltzer also reported that those close to Bandido have stated that he is currently considering the option of leaving ROH when his deal expires and wants to be able to work for anyone without being locked into an exclusive deal.
