Reason for Daniel Bryan’s Absence from SmackDown Last Week
The reason for Daniel Bryan’s absence from SmackDown last week reportedly was due to him currently being on a vacation, according to Post Wrestling.
John Pollock reported that despite WWE teasing on their website that Bryan might be appearing to make his “announcement” on last week’s episode of SmackDown Live, WWE officials never had any actual plans for him to show up on the show. It was reported that WWE currently does have a program planned for Bryan when he returns from his vacation.
Prior to his vacation break, Bryan had teased about making a big announcement soon regarding his future in WWE.
