Josh Briggs says tonight is about opportunity and he is taking his opportunity. He says Anthony Greene is standing there so let’s get this thing started.
They lock up and Briggs with a biel. Briggs with another biel. Briggs misses a splash into the corner but Briggs sends Greene to the apron and Briggs with a hip toss back breaker. Greene with a head scissors take down but Briggs with a back breaker and splash for a near fall. Greene goes to the apron and then goes back into the ring and Briggs with a boot from the apron. Brandi grabs Briggs’ leg and Greene with a kick and dragon screw leg whip. Briggs grabs Greene on the apron but Greene with kicks to send Briggs to the floor. Greene with a suicide dive but Briggs catches Greene and hits a choke slam on the apron.
Greene with a kick to Briggs followed by a super kick and a cutter off the turnbuckles onto the apron. Greene with a forearm across the chest. Greene with a punch to Briggs and he sends Briggs into the apron. Greene goes up top and hits a springboard cross body for a near fall. Greene with chops to Briggs but Briggs blocks an Irish whip. Greene with a super kick and a second one. Briggs blocks the third one and Briggs hits Go to Hell. Briggs goes for a choke slam but Greene lands on his feet. Wolf goes after Bravado as Harlem takes off his shirt and Wolf with punches. Stallion chops Maluta. Maluta with a back heel kick to Stallion. Maluta with a sunset flip but Stallion rolls through and hits a drop kick for a near fall. Stallion with a forearm to Maluta. Bravado holds Stallion but Maluta hits Bravado when Stallion moves. Maluta with a round kick to the head and hits an elevated swinging neck breaker. Wolf with a drop kick to Maluta. Maluta misses a splash in the corner and Wolf with a kick and springboard clothesline. Bravado with a kick to Wolf and Stallion chops Bravado. Bravado with a boot to Stallion. Bravado goes over the top rope when Wolf moves. Wolf with a plancha onto Bravado.

We take a look at Anthony Henry. He says he has been wrestling for sixteen years and he is from Georgia. You are going to get high impact strikes, knees, forearms, and submissions. He has an MMA background. He says he can be technical or he can be violent based on what you need from him. You are going to get a fight from him. You are going to see a fight, a show, a spectacle. It will be something you don’t want to miss.
Both men go for strikes as the bell rings but they miss. Ruas with a double leg take down into an arm bar but Henry gets to the ropes. Henry with punches and a double leg take down followed by punches to the ribs and Henry goes for an arm bar. Henry bleeds from the nose and Ruas goes for the arm bar. Ruas goes for the leg but Henry with punches. Ruas with a body scissors take down into an arm bar but Henry escapes and goes for a cross arm breaker. Ruas with a power bomb to get out of the hold. Ruas with strikes to Henry and Ruas gets a near fall. Ruas with a kick to the back and ribs.
Ruas with kicks and punches in the corner and the referee warns Ruas. Ruas with a chin lock in the ropes. Ruas iwth a knee to the chest. Henry falls down as he goes after Ruas. Henry with slaps and punches to Ruas. Ruas with a waist lock but Henry rolls through and hits a double stomp. Henry with a jumping back heel kick. Henry with knees to Ruas and Ruas sends Henry into the turnbuckles. Henry goes up top and hits a missile drop kick. Henry with a running forearm into the corner followed by a belly-to-back usuplex and a Northern Lights suplex. Henry goes for the cross arm breaker but Ruas locks his hands. Henry locks in the cross arm breaker but Ruas with a rollup for a near fall.
Ruas goes to the floor and Henry goes to the apron and hits a running knee to Ruas. Henry goes up top and he misses a double stomp when Ruas moves but Henry rolls through. Ruas with a knee and cartwheel followed by a kick to the head for a near fall. Ruas with punches to Henry’s head and Ruas stands over Henry. Ruas gets Henry up but Henry with a sleeper and Ruas backs into the turnbuckles to escape. Henry returns to the sleeper and Ruas escapes. Henry with another attempt for a sleeper. Henry with a leg sweep and he misses a kick. Ruas with a round kick and German suplex for a near fall. Ruas with jabs and punches to Henry. Henry with a kick but Ruas with a kick to the leg. Henry blocks a knee from Ruas and Henry with a kick to the knee and a round kick. Henry goes up top and Ruas stops Henry and crotches him.
Ruas climbs the turnbuckles and Henry with a head butt to send Ruas to the mat. Henry with a double stomp to the back and a tornado DDT. Henry goes up top and hits the double stomp for a near fall. Henry with an ankle lock. Ruas with a knee bar and Ruas slaps Henry. Henry slaps back and the exchange continues. Ruas with punches to Henry and Henry punches back. Henry with the advantage and Ruas with a back heel kick for the three count.

Natalia Markova attacks Shotzi from behind. Brandi says if you wanted No DQ, you’ve got it. Natalia with kicks to Shotzi’s head. Natalia with a spinning X Factor on Shotzi and Natalia with a spinning heel kick into the corner. Shotzi blocks a clothesline and chops Natalia and follows with a kick. Shotzi with a springboard round kick to Markova. Shotzi with a Tiger Feint Kick and she goes up top and hits a missile drop kick on Markova. Shotzi with a suicide dive onto Markova and Lauren. Blackheart slams Lauren’s head into the apron and then Shotzi goes under the ring for chairs and sets them up in the aisle. Lauren grabs a chair but Shotzi with a back heel kick to stop Brandi.
Brandi with a drop kick through the ropes and it goes into the chair in front of Shotzi’s face. Lauren sends Shotzi into the apron and then Lauren Irish whips Shotzi into the apron. Lauren sets up more chairs at ringside and goes for a suplex onto the chairs but Shotzi blocks it. Shotzi with punches and Brandi sends Shotzi into the ring post. Brandi with forearms. Lauren with a forearm but Shotzi with strikes and a super kick. Lauren falls onto a chair and Shotzi with a flying knee to Brandi. Shotzi brings Lauren onto the apron and Lauren sends Shotzi into the ring post and Lauren power bombs Shotzi onto the apron. Lauren sends Shotzi back into the ring and gets a near fall. Shotzi is sent into the turnbuckles.
Lauren with an Irish whip but Shotzi floats over and hits a shoulder. Shotzi with kicks to Brandi followed by a rolling elbow and enzuigiri. Shotzi with a back senton splash into the corner. Lauren goes to the apron and Shotzi follows. Shotzi goes for a Shiranui off the ringpost but Lauren blocks it. Shotzi sends Lauren into the apron and then slams her head onto the chairs set up at ringside. Shotzi gets another chair from under the ring. Shotzi with a forearm and she puts Lauren on a chair on top of four other chairs. Shotzi with forearms and Shotzi goes to the apron.
Shotzi with a boot to Anthony Greene, who tries to interfere. Shotzi goes for the suicide dive but Lauren moves and Shotzi hits the chairs. Greene picks up Blackheart and puts her into the ring. Lauren gets a near fall. Greene goes under the ring to get a kendo stick for Brandi. We see Curt Stallion fighting with Greene while Brandi hits Shotzi multiple times with the kendo stick and Lauren gets the three count.

Colby has some words for Babatunde and he chops Corino. Corbino realizes he made a big mistake. Corino with punches but Babatunde grabs Corino and biels him across the ring. Corino goes to the floor and Babatunde follows. Corino tries to take advantage of a Maluta distraction and Babatunde puts Corino on the apron and chops him very loudly. Babatunde puts Corino over the top rope into the ring. Corino with a running knee to Babatunde and Maluta with a kick to Babatunde while the referee was not looking. Corino with punches and then he goes to the apron and hits a springboard senton onto Babatunde for a near fall. Corino goes up top and Babatunde catches Corino by the throat and he picks up Corino by the throat and drops him into the corner. Babatunde with a splash into the corner followed by a punch.

After the match, Eddie Kingston comes out with the mic. He says this ain’t happening. He wants to know if Colby is alright. Eddie is out with Joe Gacy. Eddie introduces the members of the Unwanted. Eddie mentions that they are the tag champs. Eddie says they have a beef with Babatuey. People like you make them sick. You get everything handed to you because you played football and are seven feet tall. Eddie says they traveled the roads and did it the right way. Eddie says his PC is East 237th Street. Just like with the Street Profits they are going to take your spot.

Fox and Ruff with suicide dives onto Kingston and Gacy before the bell rings. The bell rings and Fox and Ruff with planchas. Gacy punches Ruff but he hits a suicide dive on Kingston when Fox moves. Ruff with a swanton off the turnbuckles. Fox with an inward senton onto Gacy and Kingston. Ruff and Gacy are in the ring and Ruff with a chop and he goes to teh turnbuckles for a springboard rana. Fox with kicks to Gacy followed by a DDT and Ruff with a German suplex for a near fall.
Kingston punches Fox and Ruff and Both men with matrixes and a double enzuigiri to Kingston. Fox hits a cutter on Ruff by accident. Gacy with a handspring cutter on Fox. Kingston with a Saito suplex on Fox when Gacy hits a super kick. Kingston with a splash to Ruff and Gacy with a clothesline. Kingston gets a near fall. Kingston slams Ruff and Kingston goes to the turnbuckles. Gacy with a slam and Gacy gives Ruff to Kingston for a power slam off the turnbuckles for a near fall.
Gacy with a side Russian leg sweep while Kingston hits an STO on Fox. Ruff with forearms to Gacy and Kingston. Kingston holds Ruff for Gacy to chop him. Kingston with a chop. Gacy with another chop. Kingston with another chop to Ruff. Kingston puts Ruff on the turnbuckles and Kingston goes for a superplex and Gacy with a power bomb to make the combination and Gacy gets a near fall. Gacy goes to the turnbuckles and Kingston picks up Ruff but Fox makes the save. Ruff with a kick to Gacy and Kingston takes care of Fox while Ruff and Gacy are on the turnbuckles. Ruff with a kick to Kingston and a tornado DDT. Fox with a Lo Mein Pain to Gacy for a near fall.

Gacy goes to the floor and he gets a table. Kingston sends Ruff into the turnbuckles while Gacy sets up the table on the floor. Kingston with a chop and he sets for a power bomb off the turnbuckles through the table. Fox with a Coast to Coast to Gacy and Ruff with a Ruff Ride. We have a video package for Catch Point. We go to comments from Drew in 2015 talking about the concept of Catch Point. We see Matt Riddle joining Catch Point and his interview about Catch Point from 2016. We see Drew Gulak making the challenge that set up tonight’s match between Matt Riddle and Drew Gulak.
Riddle goes for the leg but Gulak blocks it. THey go for a Greco Roman knuckle lock and Gulak with a take down but Riddle with a single leg and Gulak gets back to his feet. Riddle with a kick to the leg followed by punches but Gulak with a front face lock. Riddle with a waist lock but he goes for the ankle. Gulak gets to his feet. They lock up and Riddle backs Gulak into the ropes and Riddle with a clean break. Riddle with a hammer lock take down. Gulak with a head lock but Riddle keeps the hammer lock and Riddle with a chin lock. Gulak goes for the GuLock but Riddle escapes and rolls through and Riddle goes for the arm but Gulak gets to the ropes.
They lock up and Riddle with forearms and a kick in the corner. Riddle with more kicks. Gulak with a boot to Riddle and Gulak goes off the turnbuckles but he is met with a knee from Riddle. Riddle with a back senton for a near fall. Riddle goes for an arm bar but Gulak blocks it. Riddle goes for the BroMission but Gulak escapes and gets a near fall with a rollup. Riddle with a chop but Gulak chops back. Riddle with a forearm and Gulak goes for the leg but Riddle with forearms and kicks to the back to escape.

Riddle with a Dragon Sleeper but Gulak escapes. Riddle with a triangle but Gulak gets to the ropes to force a break. Riddle kicks Gulak and Gulak counters a suplex attempt with a small package for a near fall. Riddle with fisherman’s buster for a near fall. Gulak goes to the apron and Riddle with a sleeper. Gulak with a jaw breaker to escape the hold. Riddle goes for a spider German suplex and hits it. Riddle goes to the turnbuckles for a corkscrew moonsault but Gulak catches Riddle and applies the GuLock. Riddle rolls through and hits BroDerek for the three count.

After the match, Drew Gulak takes the mic. Drew says Catch Point was founded on three things. Competition, opportunity, and respect. Drew tells Matt that he stands here as the Cruiserweight Champion in the middle of an Evolve ring. He tells Matt that he is a hell of a competitor and it is an honor. They shake hands and hug. Then they do the Catch Point pose.
Drew introduces himself to Curt Stallion and he says that he hopes that Curt is up to the challenge tomorrow night since Matt hand picked Curt to be his opponent.
In-Ring: Paul Heyman
The lights go out and then the lights come back on and Paul Heyman is in the ring.
The crowd chants “Welcome Back” for Paul.
Paul introduces himself and he says he is honored and privileged to be back home. Paul says he has been offered guest spots on different shows and he does not do conventions. Paul says he was not invited to come to the show because he always turns down the offers. Paul says he asked to be here tonight. Paul says he asked to be here tonight is because this, the people in the locker room, this promotion, is the future. Paul says he does not want to be one of those old time boxers watching the black and white TV and saying it used to be me. Paul says he will know more about the future of the industry after walking out of this building than when he walked in tonight. For that reason, and because he is fat and sweating his ass off, he would like to hang around a little bit to indulge and announce the next match. Five years from now on the hot platform, when you watch the video and watch this match, you will say that was the moment that you knew this industry will evolve.

Austin Theory (EVOLVE) vs. JD Drake (WWN)
We have a video package for the Austin Theory versus JD Drake match. JD says when he won the WWN title, he vowed to make it important. JD says he looks like he should be driving the ring truck, not wrestling in it. Austin Theory says when he is on the WWE Network with the Evolve and WWN titles, the next thing for him is to walk into Takeover and WrestleMania and be in the main event. Austin asks JD what is hard about your life? You look like you sit on the couch. Why are you making him be the bad guy. JD talks about the sacrifices he made. He talks about losing his wife and almost losing his child. He talks about missing his child’s first steps. He talks about dealilng with addiction. Having the title shows that you can overcome anything. You may says you won battles, but Austin, you have never walked a day in his shoes. Austin says his day was going to come. JD says he is possessed and obsessed with success.
Theory slaps Drake and Drake misses a punch. Theory with a kick and he goes for Ataxia. Drake goes for Drillbit but Theory escapes. Drake with an Irish whip and Theory floats over and Theory with a drop kick. Drake with a drop kick that sends Theory to the floor. Drake goes for a suicide dive but Theory stops him with a forearm. Theory with a forearm but he misses a forearm and hits the ring post. Drake with chops. Drake pushes Theory into the apron and connects with another chop. Drake with punches as they go to the stage. Drake goes for a power bomb but Theory blocks it and hits a back body drop onto the ramp. Theory kicks Drake. Theory with a forearm as they move back towards the ring. Theory sends Drake into the ring and gets a near fall.

Drake pulls Theory to the floor and sends Theory off the ropes and hits a forearm. Drake with a suicide dive and then he sends Theory back into the ring. Drake with a running chop and slam. Drake goes to the turnbuckles and hits a Vader Bomb for a near fall. Drake goes to the turnbuckles but Theory stops him.
Drake with elbows to knock Theory to the mat and Drake with a leg lariat. Drake misses a cannonball when Theory moves. Theory with a rolling blockbuster for a near fall. Theory is bleeding from the nose and Austin sets for Ataxia but Drake blocks it. Drake with a chop. Drake puts Theory on the turnbuckles and chops Austin. Drake with another chop. Drake sets for a superplex but Theory with punches and he goes under and tries for a power bomb. Drake with a punch and Theory with a forearm to the back. Theory with a torture rack into Three Seconds Around the World for a near fall. Theory tells Drake his kids will be watching him as he sets for Ataxia. Drake with a back body drop.
Drake runs into a boot from Theory and Drake with a kick and stunner. Drake with a cannonball followed by Drillbit. Drake gets a near fall. Drake goes up top for the moonsault and hits it but can only get a near fall. Drake slaps Theory. Theory with a forearm. Drake with a chop. They go back and forth. Theory with forearms but Drake with a forearm and chop. The exchange continues and Theory with a super kick and Drake blocks Ataxia and hits a clothesline. Drake goes up top and misses a moonsault. Theory with three super kicks followed by Ataxia for the three count.

After the match, Austin Theory takes the mic. He says everyone knows that Evolve is where it is at. Everybody will try their hardest to get here. Theory drops the WWN title belt and stands on it. They will chase their dreams and realize that the Evolve Championship symbolizes that your dream must go through him if you want to get where you want to go. Austin Theory is the measuring stick of Evolve. He is the standard of Evolve. He is the real superstar.
The lights go out and then they come back on. Josh Briggs stands behind Austin and Austin turns around to see Josh. Briggs with a choke slam. Briggs holds the Evolve title belt.
We go to a video package for Josh Briggs. He says he gets to show the world why he is the best in Evolve. He says he got into wrestling because it is one of the only legal ways to get into a fight with someone.

Adam Cole (c) vs. Akira Tozawa
They lock up and Cole backs Tozawa into the corner and Cole with a clean break and then he takes a bow. Cole with a waist lock and Tozawa with a wrist lock. Cole with a reversal and Tozawa with a side head lock. Cole with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Cole goes for a belly-to-back suplex but Tozawa lands on his feet. Tozawa with an octopus. Cole gets to the ropes and Tozawa releases the hold. Tozawa with a kick and Irish whip. Tozawa is sent to the apron and Tozawa with an enzuigiri. Tozawa goes up top and Cole pulls Tozawa off the turnbuckles. Cole with a kick to the head. Cole with a neck breaker. Cole with a forearm and kick to the chest. Cole with a hard Irish whip.
Cole with a snap mare and knees to the back. Cole with a reverse chin lock but Tozawa with elbows. Cole with a back elbow. Cole kicks Tozawa in the head and he says he will be the NXT Champion forever. Tozawa with a slap and Cole with a forearm. They go back and forth with forearms. Cole with a knee but Tozawa gets Cole on his shoulders. Tozawa with a fireman’s carry gourdbuster followed by a running boot. Tozawa with a suicide dive. Tozawa sets for another dive but Cole moves out of the way. Tozawa goes to the apron and hits a senton onto Cole.
Tozawa send Cole back into the ring and Tozawa with a missile drop kick for a near fall. Tozawa with a waist lock and Cole with a standing switch and then we get a series of standing switches. Cole with an enzuigiri and lungblower. Cole gets Tozawa on his shoulders but Tozawa with elbows to escape. Cole with a bicycle kick and an ushigoroshi for a near fall. Cole with forearms. Tozawa with forearms and they go back and forth. Tozawa with the advantage but Cole with a bicycle kick. Tozawa runs into another boot and Tozawa with a boot of his own. Cole with an enzuigiri. Tozawa gets Cole to flinch and Tozawa with a jab. Cole with a super kick and both men go down.
Tozawa goes up top and sets for the back senton but Cole stops Tozawa. Cole sets for a superplex but Tozawa sends Cole to the mat. Cole with a superkick as Tozawa comes off the turnbuckles. Cole with a neckbreaker off a brainbuster for a near fall. Cole goes to the floor and he takes his title belt. Cole prepares to use the title belt, but Johnny Gargano comes out and distracts Cole. Tozawa with a rollup for a near fall. Tozawa with a German suplex and Cole with an elbow. Tozawa with a series of kicks and Tozawa goes up top for the back senton and lands on Cole’s knees. Cole sets for the Panama Sunrise and hits the Last Shot for the three count.
Winner: Adam Cole (retains Championship)
After the match, Gargano gets into the ring and gets in Cole’s face. Gargano challenges Cole but Cole leaves the ring.
Johnny checks on Tozawa and then he asks for the mic. Johnny wants the crowd to acknowledge Tozawa’s performance tonight. Johnny says every time he steps back into this building he remembers how much he loves what he does. Johnny says he was at the first show in 2009 and he is back in this ring ten years later on the WWE Network. That tells him two things. First he is getting hold, and second he says professional wrestling in 2019 is pretty freaking cool. It is because of you guys who make this what it is. Johnny thanks everyone. Johnny says back in the day, they used to ask a specific question and it has been a while since he has done the send people home happy deal. He asks Tozawa if he remembers the question. Tozawa asks if you enjoyed the show.
Johnny says there would be no Akira Tozawa, no Adam Cole, no Johnny Gargano if it wasn’t for you guys. They all started here and you let us live our dreams. Johnny asks for one more thing. He says it is not about him or Tozawa, it is about the guys in the locker room and the future of professional wrestling. It is about the JD Drakes, Austin Theorys, Josh Briggs, and Shotzi Blackhearts. They deserve the support. Johnny thanks everyone for letting him live his dream and come back. Johnny says he loves everyone and he loves Evolve.
