The Young Bucks are the new AAA Tag Team Champions, winning the titles from the Lucha Bros (Pentagon and Fenix) at Saturday night’s AAA Rey de Reyes show in Puebla, Mexico.
The Lucha Bros defeated El Texano Jr. and Rey Escorpion to win the tag team titles at the show, but soon after, the lights went out and the Young Bucks appeared in the ring for an impromptu match, which they ended up winning with a Meltzer Driver on Pentagon.

All Elite Wrestling announced at their Double or Nothing party last month that they have a working relationship with Lucha Libre AAA, which will mean appearances from AEW wrestlers at AAA shows and vice versa.
The Young Bucks are scheduled to face the Lucha Bros again at Double or Nothing on May 25, so that match could end up being an AAA Tag Team title match.
