Kickoff Show – United States Championship
Shinsuke Nakamura (c) vs. Rusev
After a few minutes, Rusev locked on the Accolade, but Nakamura tried to escape. As Rusev tried to drag him back into the middle of the ring, Nakamura hit him with a “low blow” head butt, then hit the Kinshasa for the win.

A video highlights all the big matches we will be seeing on today’s show. We go live into the King Saud University Stadium. Renee Young is at ringside mostly covered in black, but her head is exposed.
In-Ring: Hulk Hogan
WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan is introduced to the crowd. Hogan is the host of Crown Jewel. This is Hogan’s first appearance on WWE television since July 2015. A loud Hogan chant fires up while fireworks go off. Hogan says, “Well let me tell you something, brother!” Hogan says it feels great to be out with the WWE Universe and all his Hulkamaniacs. Hogan says the power of Hulkamania is stronger than ever at “the Crown Jewel, jack.” It’s unbelievable to be the host. The show starts right now. Hogan asks,” What’cha gonna do when the power of Hulkamania and Crown Jewel run wild on you, brother?” Hogan poses while more fireworks explode.
They introduce one member of the Saudi royal family at ringside. The Arabic announce team is introduced at ringside.
WWE World Cup Tournament Quarterfinal Match
Rey Mysterio vs. Randy Orton
They lock up, but Orton powers him down. Orton knees him and sends him to the ropes, but Mysterio slides under him and kicks away at the legs. Orton quickly drops him on the apron, but Mysterio shoulders and kicks him away. Mysterio goes for a springboard, but Orton dropkicks him out of mid-air! Orton smiles and takes his time before covering for a two count.
Orton hits a front suplex onto the top rope before dragging him to the center of the ring and stomping away at the midsection. Orton puts Mysterio on the top rope and rips at his mask. Mysterio elbows him in the face a few times to knock him back. Orton quickly cuts him off and tries for a superplex, but Mysterio blocks it. Mysterio head-butts him to the mat and hits a seated senton. Mysterio ducks a clothesline and hits a springboard cross-body block. Orton quickly shoves him into the ropes, but Mysterio kicks him in the face before hitting a wheelbarrow bulldog for a near fall. Mysterio soon knocks Orton into the middle rope and goes for a 619, but Orton catches him and hits a draping DDT for a near fall. Orton goes for an RKO, but Mysterio counters into an impressive roll-up for the surprise win!

Mysterio celebrates his surprise victory, and Orton immediately lays him out with an RKO out of nowhere. Orton goes to leave, but he stops and grabs Mysterio again. Orton slides him out of the ring, and Mysterio hits the ground sternum first. Orton goes outside and slams him ribs-first off the commentary table. The crowd is booing him. Mysterio is announced as the winner and is helped out by referees.
WWE World Cup Tournament Quarterfinal Match
Jeff Hardy vs. The Miz
Byron Saxton interviews The Miz backstage. Saxton asks Miz how he feels heading into his first round match against Jeff Hardy. Miz asks if he really wants to know how he’s feeling. Miz says he’s feeling like there’s no stopping him from proving that he’s the best in the world. Miz says he’ll beat Jeff Hardy and then step over a broken down Rey Mysterio on his way to the finals. How does Miz feel? He feels AWESOME.
Miz applies a headlock, but Hardy whips him off. Miz shoulder blocks him down and gloats around the ring. Hardy comes back and hits a mule kick. Hardy sends him to the corner, but Miz elbows him back. Hardy quickly rolls him up for a two count. Hardy then hits a jawbreaker. Hardy bounces him off the three turnbuckles before trying for a slingshot dropkick, but Miz boots him away. Miz digs a knee into the spine and applies a chin lock. Miz cuts him off while he fights up and hits the Reality Check for a two count. Miz puts him in the corner and starts doing the Daniel Bryan dropkicks. Miz goes for another, but Hardy bounds out of the corner with a clothesline. Hardy starts a comeback, culminating in an inverted atomic drop and a low dropkick for a two count. Hardy goes for a Twist of Fate, but Miz pushes him away. Hardy elbows him and hits Whisper in the Wind for a near fall.
Miz rolls to the apron and snaps him off the top rope. Miz puts him in the corner and kicks him in the leg. Miz goes for a Figure Four Leglock, but Hardy counters into a roll-up for a near fall. Hardy knocks him out of the ring and hits a baseball slide. Hardy then gets on the barricade and dives off with a clothesline. Hardy puts him in the ring and goes to the top rope, but Miz moves. Hardy gets down, and Miz rolls him up with his feet on the ropes. The referee catches him and stops the count. Hardy rolls him up for a two count. Hardy tries for a Twist of Fate, but Miz counters into a Skull Crushing Finale for the win!

Seth Rollins vs. Bobby Lashley
Lio Rush was at ringside with Lashley. Lashley starts off with his power, culminating with a big spinebuster for a near fall. Lashley applies a chin lock, but Rollins fights up. Lashley knees him in the midsection and bounces him off the turnbuckle. Lashley shoulders him in the midsection and hits a neckbreaker for a near fall. Lashley applies a chin lock. Rollins tries to fight up, but Lashley quickly takes him down. Lashley lifts him for a delayed vertical suplex, but Rollins knees him in the head before clotheslining him out of the ring. Rollins connects with a suicide dive. Rollins gets back in the ring and connects with a second suicide dive. Rollins gets him in the ring and goes to the top rope. Lashley cuts him off, but Rollins fights back. Rollins tries for a Buckle Bomb, but Lashley gets out. Lashley lifts him up, but Rollins gets out and leap frogs him. Rollins quickly follows up with the Stomp for the win.

Kurt Angle vs. Dolph Ziggler
Byron Saxton is backstage with Kurt Angle. Saxton says Angle has a chance to prove he’s the best in the world all over again. Angle says the butterflies are back. Most people doubt he could win this tournament at this stage of his career, but he’s proven them wrong before.
Drew McIntyre was at ringside with Ziggler. The bell rings, and Ziggler goes for a takedown. Angle, the Olympic Gold Medalist for amateur wrestling, easily gets out of that. Angle takes him down with a waistlock, but Ziggler soon applies a chin lock. Angle fights up and whips him off. Ziggler shoulder blocks him down and hits the ropes, but Angle cuts him off with a belly-to-belly overhead suplex. Angle then folds him up with two German Suplexes. Ziggler grabs the ropes before a third can be hit. Ziggler goes to the apron, so Angle goes for a German Suplex to the floor. Ziggler holds the ropes before elbowing him in the face. Ziggler goes to the floor and viciously sends him into the ring steps. Ziggler gets him in the ring and hits a neckbreaker for a two count. Ziggler then applies a chin lock. Angle soon fights up, but Ziggler jumps on his back for a sleeper hold. Angle quickly slams him into the corner and knocks him away. Angle then connects with three rolling German Suplexes for a near fall. Ziggler counters out of an Angle Slam and hits a spike DDT for a two count. Ziggler gets to his feet and tries for a famouser, but Angle counters into an Angle Slam for a near fall. Drew McIntyre was on the apron ready to jump in.
Angle pulls down the straps and sets up for an Angle Lock. Ziggler gets out and hits a famouser for a near fall. Ziggler tries for a Zig-Zag, but Angle gets out and applies the Angle Lock. Ziggler screams in pain and claws to the bottom rope, but Angle pulls him to the center of the ring. McIntyre anxiously watches at ringside. Ziggler tries to twist out, but Angle keeps it applied. Finally, Ziggler rolls out of it and sends Angle shoulder-first into the ring post. Ziggler immediately follows up with a Zig-Zag for the win.

Smackdown Tag Team Championship
The Bar (c) vs. The New Day
The New Day makes their entrance riding a magic carpet. Big E and Kofi Kingston are representing The New Day. Big E and Sheamus lock up. Big E applies a side headlock, but Sheamus whips him off. Big E then shoulder blocks him down and gyrates. Big E takes him down and tags in Kofi Kingston. Sheamus quickly backs him to the corner, and Cesaro tags in. Cesaro kicks Kingston and whips him hard into the corner. Cesaro goes for a monkey flip, but Kingston lands on his feet. Kingston dances while Xavier Woods plays the trombone. Cesaro charges, but Kingston dropkicks him down. Kingston connects with a head-scissor takeover before hitting a springboard cross-body for a two count. Cesaro angrily uppercuts him down before tagging Sheamus in. Sheamus stomps Kingston down in the corner. Cesaro tags in and picks away at Kingston. Cesaro applies a neck vice before Sheamus tags in. They hit a wild double-team clothesline for a two count. Sheamus clubs at the chest before applying an overhead wristlock. Kingston fights up and viciously chops the chest. Sheamus quickly kicks him down and tags Cesaro in. Cesaro takes Kingston down and stretches him on the ropes. Big Show talks trash from ringside. Cesaro hits a gutwrench suplex for a two count. Cesaro then goes back to the chin lock. Cesaro holds it in for a while, but Kingston eventually gets out. Sheamus tags in and knocks Big E off the apron. Sheamus shoulders Kingston in the corner and slams him into his corner. Cesaro tags in, and they hit a double-team suplex for a two count. Kingston eventually fights them off, but Sheamus tags in. Kingston sidesteps him, sending Sheamus shoulder-first into the ring post.
Big E and Cesaro are tagged in. Big E hits a pair of belly-to-belly overhead suplexes before hitting a belly-to-belly side suplex. Big E hits the ropes and tries for a big splash, but Cesaro gets his knees up. Sheamus tags in, but Big E takes him down with a uranage for a near fall. Sheamus is on the apron, so Big E goes for his spear to the floor. Sheamus knees him in the face to counter. Sheamus hits a second knee to the face and starts the 10 punches. Kingston tags in, and they go for some double-team move, but it isn’t crisp. Cesaro breaks up the pin. Kingston knocks Cesaro out of the ring with Trouble in Paradise before being launched out of the ring by Big E to splash Cesaro. Big E goes for a Big Ending on Sheamus, but Big Show gets on the apron. Sheamus shoves Big E into Big Show. Big Show gives Big E a Knockout Punch. Sheamus follows up with a Brogue Kick for the win.

The Miz vs. Rey Mysterio
Byron Saxton interviews The Miz backstage. Miz’s voice is really gravelly from legitimately getting mule kicked in the throat by Jeff Hardy. Miz says he will prove he’s the best in the world.
While The Miz makes his entrance, Byron Saxton interviews Rey Mysterio. Mysterio says he isn’t going to make excuses for having to work injured. Mysterio will be considered the best in the world.
The bell rings, and Mysterio elbows Miz. Mysterio goes for a sunset flip and a kick, but Miz ducks it. Mysterio eventually connects with it for a one count. Miz tries to slide him out of the ring sternum-first to the floor, but he lands on his feet. Miz slides out, but Mysterio gets in and dropkicks him down. Mysterio then slides out of the ring with a splash. Mysterio immediately grabs his injured ribs and tries to walk off the pain. Mysterio gets him in the ring and does the 10 punches. Mysterio charges him, but Miz counters into an alley-oop. Miz shoulders the injured ribs in the corner before covering for a two count. Miz then applies a bow and arrow stretch. Mysterio counters into a roll-up for a two count. Miz quickly takes him down with a shot to the ribs. Miz then applies a body scissor. Mysterio fights out, but Miz slides him out of the ring sternum-first to the floor. Miz drives him ribs-first into the apron and then the barricade. Miz gets him in the ring and picks up a near fall. Miz applies an abdominal stretch. Mysterio tries to fight up, but Miz scoops him up. Mysterio then counters into a DDT.

Mysterio goes for a 619, but Miz counters into snake eyes on the top rope. Miz follows up with a Skull Crushing Finale for a near fall! Miz starts the IT Kicks, but Mysterio ducks the big one. Mysterio rolls him up with the same roll-up he gave Orton, but Miz kicks out. Miz quickly knocks him into the middle rope and hits a 619. Mysterio goes for a frog splash, but Miz gets the knees up and picks up the win.

Seth Rollins vs. Dolph Ziggler
They circle the ring before locking hands. Rollins goes for a takedown, but Ziggler drops into a front facelock. Rollins slides out, and they circle the ring again. Ziggler goes for a takedown, but Rollins stops him. They back away with no one gaining an advantage. Ziggler quickly kicks and clubs him down. Ziggler hits a headlock takeover and cinches up on it. Rollins fights up and whips him off. Rollins leapfrogs him and hits a scoop slam. Rollins clotheslines him over the top rope before going outside. Rollins chops the chest and sends him into the barricade. Rollins chops the chest while the Saudi royal family watches on. Rollins gets Ziggler in the ring before going face-to-face with McIntyre. Rollins tells McIntyre to hit him so he can win by DQ. Rollins gets in the ring, and Ziggler hits a spike DDT for a near fall. Ziggler applies a headlock, but Rollins gets out. Ziggler quickly sidesteps him and rolls him up for a two count. Ziggler continues to pick away at Rollins. Rollins tries to grab Ziggler’s injured ankle, but he gets away. Ziggler then hits a neckbreaker for a two count. Ziggler punches the mat in frustration. Rollins rolls him up for a two count. Ziggler goes for his DDT, but Rollins avoids that. They trade pinning combinations before Rollins lifts him up. Ziggler gets out of a buckle bomb, but Rollins soon comes back with a Ripcord Knee for a near fall.
Drew McIntyre gets on the apron, but Rollins knocks him away. Rollins catapults Ziggler over the top rope before hitting a suicide dive on Ziggler and McIntyre. Rollins gets him in the ring, but Ziggler quickly comes back with a famouser for a near fall. Ziggler goes to the top rope, but Rollins catches him with a superplex. Rollins tries for a falcon arrow, but Ziggler slides out and hits a Zig-Zag for a near fall. Ziggler goes for a second Zig-Zag, but Rollins gets out and superkicks him. Rollins hits McIntyre with a suicide dive and goes to the top rope. McIntyre shoves him off. Ziggler quickly follows up with a superkick for the win.
Winner by Pinfall: Dolph Ziggler (~13 minutes)
It’ll be Dolph Ziggler vs. The Miz in the finals of the WWE World Cup Tournament to determine the best in the world. Byron Saxton interviews Ziggler and says it seems unfair that he won like that. Ziggler says he’s been saying it for 13 years. No one in WWE believes in him. Next time they see him, he’ll be holding the WWE World Cup trophy because he is the best in the world.
WWE Championship
AJ Styles (c) vs. Samoa Joe
The bell rings, and Styles quickly opens up with some right hands before kicking him in the back of the knee. Styles sidesteps a kick and chop blocks him down. Styles shoulders him in the midsection and knocks him out of the ring. Joe soon takes him down before getting into the ring to hit a vicious suicide dive. Joe gets him in the ring and hits a snap kick. Joe covers, but Styles gets a foot on the bottom rope. Joe takes him down and applies a neck vice. Styles fights up and hits a strike combination. Joe quickly fights back and starts jabbing away at him. Styles then connects with an overhead kick. Both men are down. They start trading chops before Styles kicks him to the corner. Styles forearms him and goes for a Styles Clash. Joe shoves him off, but Styles comes right back with a moonsault into a reverse DDT for a near fall. Joe rolls out of the ring to recover. Styles hits him with a plancha/forearm smash combo. Styles gets him in the ring and goes for a Phenomenal Forearm, but Joe avoids it. Joe connects with a powerslam for a near fall. Styles is bleeding from the forearm. Styles kicks him in the back of the knee, but Joe quickly turns him inside out with a clothesline for a near fall.
Styles soon takes him down with a desperation Calf Crusher, but Joe quickly gets to the bottom rope. Styles rolls him up, but Joe kicks out and applies the Coquina Clutch! Styles grabs at Joe’s leg, which has been worked over all match. Joe releases the hold to get out of this. Styles tries for another Calf Crusher, but Joe gets out. Joe knees Styles in the face, and Styles responds with a Pelé Kick. Styles charges, but Joe drops him on the apron. Styles knocks him back and hits the Phenomenal Forearm for the win.

WWE Universal Championship
Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman
Coming up next is the match where they guarantee there will be a new WWE Universal Champion. Acting RAW General Manager Baron Corbin makes his way to the ring.
Paul Heyman says he’s going to make the announcement before the match starts: your winner and new WWE Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar.
Before the match starts, Baron Corbin hits Braun Strowman in the back of the head with the WWE Universal Championship. Corbin orders the bell to ring, and Lesnar immediately hits an F5. Lesnar covers, but Strowman kicks out. Lesnar gets to his feet and hits a second F5, but Strowman again kicks out. Lesnar cannot believe it. Lesnar hits a third F5, but Strowman kicks out. Lesnar is beside himself. Lesnar lifts Strowman up and hits an F5 over the top rope to the floor. Strowman gets in the ring before the count of nine. How can the championship be awarded by count-out? Lesnar stands over Strowman, who struggles to get to his feet. Lesnar lifts him for a fifth F5, but Strowman slides off. Lesnar boots him and hits a fifth F5 for the win.

It’ll be Brock Lesnar taking on AJ Styles at Survivor Series for the second year in a row. We’ll also see Seth Rollins take on Shinsuke Nakamura.

The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler
Shane McMahon makes his entrance and joins Acting General Manager Baron Corbin at ringside to watch the finals of the WWE World Cup Tournament.
The referee demands Drew McIntyre leave the ringside area. The Miz attacks Dolph Ziggler and throws him out of the ring before the match begins. Miz goes outside and may have just blown out knee. Miz is in a lot of pain. The referee checks on him, but Miz cannot stand. Everyone is scrambling trying to figure out what to do. McMahon says it’s not going down like this and enters himself into the match. Miz is helped away.

Shane McMahon vs. Dolph Ziggler
The bell rings, and McMahon opens up with some wild punches on Ziggler. McMahon sends him into the ropes and hits a jumping back elbow. Baron Corbin grabs McMahon’s heels, so the referee ejects him from ringside. Ziggler connects with a Zig-Zag, but McMahon kicks out. Ziggler punches away at him. McMahon soon takes him down and puts him in the corner. McMahon hits Coast To Coast for the win.

D-Generation X vs. The Undertaker & Kane
This is Shawn Michaels’ first match back since March 28, 2010 at WrestleMania 26, an eight and a half year retirement.
The crowd is really buzzing over this match. DX and The Brothers of Destruction stare at each other. A “This is awesome” chant fires up. Triple H will start against Kane. The just stand there listening to the crowd. Triple H points at Undertaker, who angrily gets in the ring, but then leaves. Triple H talks a little trash to Kane and punches him. Kane just angrily stares at him. Kane throws him to the corner, but Triple H sidesteps him. Triple H goes for a crotch chop, but Kane uppercuts him. Kane gets him in the corner and hits a clothesline. Kane wrenches the arm, but Triple H turns it before pointing at Shawn Michaels. Michaels tags in and comes off the top rope with an axe handle to the arm. Kane quickly puts him in the corner, but Michaels gets out. Michaels chops the chest and hits a neckbreaker. Kane sits up and grabs him by the throat. Michaels chops out and goes for a sunset flip. Kane grabs him and scoops him up. Michaels goes for Sweet Chin Music, but Kane backs away. Michaels smiles at him. Kane then stares at his brother and tags in The Undertaker to loud applause.
It’s a rematch from WrestleMania 26. Michaels is in the ring with the man that initially ended his career. Undertaker signals for the end. Michaels angrily stares at him and does a crotch chop. Michaels chops him before hitting the ropes, but Undertaker big boots him down. Undertaker wrenches the arm before shouldering him. Michaels is whipped into the corner and put in the tree of woe. Triple H runs in, and Kane sends him into Michaels. The momentum sends Triple H over the top rope. Michaels is then lifted up by The Undertaker before being thrown out of the ring. DX regroups at ringside while The Brothers of Destruction pose. Triple H and Michaels run in and start chopping and punching them. They clothesline The Brothers of Destruction out of the ring, but the land on their feet. The Brothers of Destruction pull DX out of the ring and punch away at them. Undertaker gets Michaels in the ring and goes for Old School. Undertaker connects, and Michaels writhes around in pain. Undertaker puts him in the corner and charges, but Michaels moves.
Triple H tags in and punches away at Undertaker. Undertaker lowers his head and eats a kick, but it doesn’t hurt him. Undertaker takes Triple H down before tagging in Kane. Kane uppercuts Triple H in the corner before elbowing him in the face. Kane and Triple H trade punches. Triple H hits the ropes, gets out of a slam, and hits Kane with a DDT. Michaels tags in and chops away at Kane. Michaels then hits his trademark flying forearm and kips up. Kane sits up and gets to his feet. Michaels hits an inverted atomic drop. Triple H comes in, and DX hits Kane with a double-team suplex. Michaels goes to the top rope and hits a diving elbow drop. Michaels starts to tune up the band in the corner. Kane blocks Sweet Chin Music and hits a Chokeslam. Undertaker tags in, and he punches Michaels to the corner. Undertaker sends him to the corner and hits snake eyes. Undertaker follows up with a big boot and a leg drop for a near fall. Undertaker signals for a Chokeslam. Triple H gets in the ring, but Undertaker punches him. Michaels then connects with Sweet Chin Music on The Undertaker.
Undertaker sits up and throws Michaels out of the ring before clearing off the commentary table. Undertaker puts Michaels on the table and gets on. Undertaker goes for a Tombstone Piledriver, but Triple H pulls Michaels away. Triple H sends Kane into the steps before sending Undertaker into the barricade. Kane then grabs Triple H and Chokeslams him through the table! Triple H is slammed onto the monitors as well. Undertaker hits a guillotine leg drop while Michaels is draped over the apron. Undertaker stares at Triple H before getting Michaels into the ring. Undertaker picks up a two count. Undertaker covers Michaels again for another two count. Kane tags in and shoulders Michaels in the corner. Kane knees Michaels in his surgically repaired back and picks up a two count. Undertaker tags in and knees away at Michaels. Kane tags back in and continues to work him over. Michaels tries to fight off Undertaker and Kane, but Kane flattens him with a sidewalk slam for a near fall. Michaels then manages to take Kane down with a drop-toe-hold into the turnbuckle. Undertaker pulls Michaels out of the ring, but Michaels pushes him into the ring post. Kane puts Michaels on the top rope, but Michaels fights him off. Kane’s mask comes off, so he rolls out of the ring to put it back on. Michaels then hits a big moonsault block off the top rope to the floor onto Undertaker and a maskless Kane! Michaels is cut above the eye.
Michaels crawls over and tags in Triple H. Triple H punches away at Kane, now wearing a mask, and hits a face-buster. Triple H then hits a spinebuster on Undertaker. Triple H tries for a Pedigree on Undertaker, but he’s countered with a back body drop. Triple H finally hits the Pedigree and knocks Kane out of the ring. Undertaker manages to get Triple H in Hell’s Gate. Michaels runs in, and Kane grabs him by the throat. Michaels gets out and gives Kane some Sweet Chin Music. Kane falls onto Undertaker, which breaks Hell’s Gate. The Brothers of Destruction sit up and go for stereo Tombstone Piledrivers. Michaels rakes the eyes of Kane. Michaels gives Undertaker Sweet Chin Music. Kane then eats some Sweet Chin Music. Triple H follows up with a Pedigree on Kane for the win.

Shawn Michaels is victorious in his return to the ring. DX embraces in the corner. Michaels appears to have a bloodied nose as well. DX poses in the ring while fireworks go off.
