Triple H Injury Status Update
As noted before, Triple H suffered a torn pectoral muscle injury during his tag team match at WWE Crown Jewel earlier this month. Triple H underwent surgery the following week with WWE stating that his timetable for a full recovery is “currently undetermined.”
During a NXT TakeOver media call held earlier today, Triple H gave an update on the status of his recovery and how it will not affect his duties for the NXT brand.
“I had surgery a week ago yesterday, everything is feeling good. I’m using an immobilizer now. On the road to recovery, it is just rehab, rehab, rehab now. I will be back. That does not stop this machine from rolling on. It’s business as usual. I’ll be heading to Los Angeles tomorrow to begin preparations for what is a very exciting NXT TakeOver.”
