There is no WrestleMania main event “locked in” as of now, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, unlike last year when a Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns main event was pretty much set months in advance.
There was previously talk of having a Ronda Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair match as the main event, which is still a possibility, but Charlotte’s profile has taken a hit with how the Becky Lynch storyline has gone. Having women main event WrestleMania is definitely something that WWE wants to do, so Rousey being in the main event seems like a strong possibility.
If Rousey is not in the main event, it would almost certainly be Roman Reigns instead, but there’s no specific match or direction set for him right now.
Dean Ambrose
WWE has a specific plan in place for the Shield / Dean Ambrose storyline, Dave Meltzer says, though he doesn’t know what it is. The idea last year (before Ambrose was injured) was for Dean Ambrose to turn heel and wrestle Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 34, but that doesn’t mean that the same thing will happen this year. They’re making obvious hints that Ambrose will turn, but they seem “too obvious.”
Drew McIntyre
WWE wants Drew McIntyre to be one of their top singles guys, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
McIntyre attacked Braun Strowman on Raw, which would indicate that they will probably feud, but WWE could also do the thing where heels break up and are back together the next week. They had reportedly been writing the Strowman/McIntyre/Ziggler stuff each week with no end game, according to Dave Meltzer.
Braun Strowman posted on Twitter that he will be coming for Drew McIntyre when he’s done with Roman Reigns. If McIntyre does feud with Strowman, WWE will likely try to protect him, since they’re trying to push him as a top star.
