Kane Comments on Why He is Working at WWE’s Crown Jewel Event

In an official statement sent to the media, a spokesman for Knox County mayor Glenn Jacobs (Kane) confirmed that Kane will be appearing at WWE’s Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia next week. The spokesman said that one of the reasons is due to WWE donating $100,000 to the Knoxville Public Safety Foundation in appreciation for Kane wrestling while mayor.

“Mayor Jacobs is still going to the Crown Jewel event because he made a commitment to not only the WWE, but the Knoxville Public Safety Foundation and the first responders of Knoxville and Knox County.”
