In-Ring: Austin Aries, Moose, Killer Kross, Fallah Bahh, KM

IMPACT Wrestling opens with the arrival of World Champion Austin Aries, Moose and Killer Kross. Aries says he took out his Bound for Glory opponent, Johnny Impact, last week. Aries and Moose insult Eddie Edwards, the other man they took out and his wife, Alisha. Fallah Bahh and KM interrupt to question Aries’ attitude as of late. Moose and Kross get in their face but Aries calms them down. Aries offers them a peace offering in the form of a World Championship match for Fallah! Reluctantly, Fallah accepts and the match is on for later tonight!

Lucha Bros (Pentagon Jr & Fenix) vs. Cult of Lee (Trevor Lee & Caleb Konley)

Lucha Bros gain control in the early going with a flurry of double-team offense! Lee distracts the referee while Konley illegally attacks Fenix to turn the tide. Cult of Lee connects with a top rope double stomp into an electric chair on Fenix but Pentagon breaks up the pin attempt! Pentagon and Fenix hit in-sync superkicks to Lee and Konley. Fenix connects with a springboard crossbody to Konley on the outside. Meanwhile, Pentagon hits a super lung-blower on Lee for a near fall. Fenix spikes Lee into a Fear Factor piledriver from Pentagon to award the victory to the Lucha Bros!

Winners: Lucha Bros

Backstage: oVe

After the match, we see footage from the oVe cam where they lay out the challenge for a six man tag team match at Bound for Glory – oVe vs. The Lucha Bros and X-Division Champion Brian Cage!

Backstage: Fallah Bahh, KM, Eli Drake

Backstage, Fallah Bahh is nervous heading into his unprecedented World Championship match against Austin Aries tonight. KM looks to Eli Drake to instill confidence in Fallah but he wants nothing to do with them!

Backstage: Allie

Alicia Atout interviews Allie and Kiera Hogan about coming to the aid of Tessa Blanchard last week! Tessa was about to be placed in a coffin by Su Yung when Allie and Kiera made the save. Allie says she may not like Tessa but nobody deserves to have that done to them.

Backstage: Tessa Blanchard

Knockouts Champion Tessa Blanchard is next to be interviewed by Alicia Atout. Tessa denies that Allie saved her from Su last week and continues to claim that Allie did it because she wants another shot at the Knockouts Championship.

Alisha vs. Katarina

Before the match can get underway, Grado and Joe Hendry interrupt. Last week, Katarina revealed that she didn’t have feelings for Grado anymore but she was interested in Hendry! Hendry plays his newest music video where he gives Katarina his response — “access denied!”

The bell rings and Alisha rolls up Katarina for the quick victory!

Winner: Alisha

Backstage: Scarlett Bordeaux, Fallah Bahh, KM

Fallah Bahh and KM are interrupted by Scarlett Bordeaux where she instills all the confidence that Fallah needs in his World Championship match tonight!

Backstage: Johnny Impact

Josh Mathews conducts an interview with Johnny Impact after he was brutally attacked by Austin Aries, Moose and Killer Kross last week. Imapct admits that he is damaged but he will be ready to compete for the World Championship at Bound for Glory.

LAX (Santana & Ortiz) vs. The Fraternity (Trent Gibson & Channing Decker)

Ortiz attacks Decker with a flip-flop! Santana goes for a springboard but the Fraternity catches him and slams him to the mat. Decker goes for a pin attempt on Ortiz but the referee catches him with this feet on the ropes! Decker flies over the top, hitting Ortiz with a cutter on the ramp! Ortiz cuts off Decker with a Chokeslam on the ramp. LAX throws Gibson into Decker in the corner. They follow up with a huge neckbreaker powerbomb double-team move on Decker to win!

Winners: LAX

After the match, King and the OGz come out. King dares LAX to attack them but says they won’t because Konnan respects the rules of the ceasefire. King goes too far when he says the only thing he regrets is the fact that the child they hit with their car is still breathing.

Backstage: Austin Aries

Alicia Atout interviews World Champion Austin Aries ahead of his title defense against Fallah Bahh tonight. Aries questions who will be left to challenge for his title at Bound for Glory.

Backstage: Rich Swann, Fallah Bahh, Matt Sydal

Rich Swann tells Fallah Bahh that he’s going to win the World Championship tonight! Matt Sydal questions how Swann thinks he can help Fallah when he can’t even help himself! Swann has had enough and challenges Sydal to a match in Mexico!

Brian Cage vs. Kongo Kong

Kong launches himself over the top rope from the ramp onto Cage inside the ring! Cage avoids a top rope splash attempt from Kong. Cage connects with a powerslam, followed by a springboard Moonsault for a near fall! Cage hits a sit-down powerbomb but Kong kicks out. Kong goes for the chokeslam but Cage counters with a backflip! Cage hits the F5 to pick up the victory.

Winner: Brian Cage

After the match, Cage gets on the mic to address the challenge that oVe laid out for a six man tag match at Bound for Glory earlier in the night. Cage accepts and says he’s going to decimate every member of oVe!

Backstage: Fallah Bahh

The whole locker room is seen cheering on Fallah as he heads to the ring for his World Championship opportunity!

Aries isn’t taking the match seriously as he sarcastically displays his cardiovascular superiority in the early going. Fallah shows his strength, sending Aries to the mat with a big shoulder block. Aries slaps Fallah but it turns out to be a mistake as Fallah returns the favour! Aries attempts the Brainbuster but Fallah counters into a vertical suplex. Fallah hits a Samoan Drop for a close near fall! Fallah goes for the steamroller but Aries counters into the Last Chancery! Fallah makes it to the bottom rope, forcing Aries to break the hold. Fallah connects with a running crossbody and Aries barely gets his shoulder up before three! Aries hits a sunset flip powerbomb and locks in the Last Chancery to win the match by submission.

Winner: Austin Aries

After the match, Aries, Moose and Kross continue to attack Fallah. KM attempts to make the save but falls victim to the numbers game. Aries, Moose and Kross take out KM just like they did to Eddie Edwards and Johnny Impact with sick steel chair shots! The trio stands tall as IMPACT Wrestling goes off the air.
