Sasha Banks Comments on Ronda Rousey’s WWE Career

Sasha Banks was a guest on Open Late with Peter Rosenberg and one of the topics discussed involved her thoughts on Ronda Rousey’s WWE career.

“I’m ready for her. Especially knowing her now I would be more than happy to have a match with her. I think she’s awesome I think we could make magic together and I have don’t have anything bad to say about her.

When I first found out that she was going to come [to WWE] I was like ‘ugh we don’t need that taking away from what we’re doing but she helps so much she works so hard. She always wants to learn and she loves it and respects it, and you know, I appreciate that. She works very hard.”

This week’s episode of Lucha Underground drew 94,000 viewers on the El Rey Network, down from last week’s 97,000 viewers. This was the second least viewed episode of the current season.

Major League Wrestling announced two new matches for the card of their September 6th War Games event in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. These were revealed to be a singles match of Teddy Hart versus Rich Swann and a singles match of Brian Pillman Jr. versus Vandal Ortagun.

Fight Club: PRO announced that the card of their August 31st event in Wolverhampton, England features a singles match of Tyler Bate versus Daisuke Sekimoto.

RISE Wrestling announced that the card of their October 19th event in Berwyn, Illinois features a Phoenix of RISE Championship match of Mercedes Martinez versus champion Tessa Blanchard.
