EVOLVE Co-Owner Gabe Sapolsky Comments on Velveteen Dream’s Upcoming EVOLVE Appearances
As noted before, WWE announced that Velveteen Dream will be appearing at two upcoming EVOLVE shows, at EVOLVE 112 on September 7th in Joppa, Maryland and EVOLVE 113 on September 8th in Queens, New York.
EVOLVE’s co-owner Gabe Sapolsky commented on Dream’s upcoming appearances, responding to a fan who speculated that Dream was being “sent” to EVOLVE as a “punishment” for wearing “CALL ME UP VINCE” on his tights at NXT TakeOver.
Let's just kill this narrative now. Dream was requested by us because of his history at the MCW Arena in Joppa, MD. We wanted a homecoming. He was then asked to do Queens, to give the fans something special at La Boom. Dream was not "sent" by anyone, he agreed and wanted to. https://t.co/l3htPZHFln
