Rhea Ripley defeated Tegan Nox via referee stoppage after Tegan Nox injured her knee. Tegan appeared to land badly on her knee early in the match after a suicide dive. Medics checked on her and the referee threw up the X. Tegan wanted to continue and tried to, but fell screaming and the match was stopped. Tegan was carried to the back and got a standing ovation. Triple H came out afterwards and said that she had a “broken heart, not a broken knee” and that this is just a bump in the road for her.

The finals at the Evolution PPV on October 28 will be Toni Storm vs. Io Shirai. Both women were congratulated by Triple H and others after their wins and both finalists hugged and celebrated to close the show.
