WWE Network’s Newest Additions Includes Coliseum Home Videos and Poffo Family Hidden Gems

WWE recently added a new batch of classic Coliseum Home Videos to the WWE Network and revealed this week’s new content for the Network’s Hidden Gem series.

In regards to Coliseum Home Video series, WWE added another twelve classic videos to the Network featuring the British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith, George the Animal Steele, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Bret Hart, Jake Roberts, The Hart Foundation, Ken Patera, Macho Man and Ms. Elizabeth, Bruno Sammartino, Captain Lou Albano, and two videos for Hulk Hogan.

In regards to this week’s Hidden Gem additions, WWE announced it will be Poffo family themed featuring one match each from the careers of Angelo Poffo, Randy Savage, and Lanny Poffo.

* Angelo Poffo versus Pat Patterson – Championship Wrestling from Florida from 1977.
* Randy Savage & Magnum TA versus The Mongolians – Georgia Championship Wrestling from 1983.

Misc. Wrestling News & Notes

EVOLVE announced that the card of their August 12th EVOLVE 111 event in Livonia, Michigan features an I Quit match of Tracy Williams versus Chris Dickinson & Stokely Hathaway. It was also announced the stipulation for this match will be “career vs. career” with Williams and Hathaway putting their EVOLVE careers on the line.

Game Changer Wrestling announced a new match for the card of GCW Joey Jenela’s Lost in New York event on August 17th. This was revealed to be a singles match of Chris Dickinson versus Teddy Hart.

Don Callis recently thanked both New Japan Pro Wrestling and Taiji Ishimori for their help towards Impact Wrestling’s Slammiversary XVI event and television tapings this week. The tweet was in response to Ishimori thanking Impact Wrestling for having the opportunity to work in the company again.
