Enzo Amore Legal Update: Amore’s Accuser Released Official Statement & Why the Case was Dropped
As noted before, the Phoenix Police Department announced on Wensday that the alleged rape case against Enzo Amore was closed due to insufficient evidence to warrant criminal charges. Amore’s lawyer released a statement afterwards attacking the accuser’s credibility and thanking those who stood by Enzo’s side.
In an update to this situation, Amore’s accuser recently released a statement claiming Amore is not innocent and provided statements from the Phoenix police on why the case had to be closed. According to the police, the only hard evidence they had was them being in the same room and sex occurring during the timeline of the alleged incident. They were unable to get enough evidence afterwards nor reliable possible witnesses to confirm or refute the allegations.
