Election day for the Knox County, TN Republican primary mayoral race is tomorrow (May 1) for Glenn “Kane” Jacobs. There are no polls that I could find, so we’ll see what happens tomorrow.
Knox County is heavily Republican, so the winner of the primary will very likely be the next mayor. If Kane wins, he’ll serve a four year term, but the current mayor ran unopposed and was re-elected for another four years in 2014.
Interestingly, Kane was backstage at Raw tonight in Montreal for some reason, according to PWInsider.
