Braxton Sutter posted on Twitter that his “time at Impact Wrestling is up.” He reportedly requested his release at the last Impact tapings in January and the company granted him the release after properly writing him off at the tapings this week, according to PWInsider. He made his Impact debut in early 2015.
Sutter’s wife Allie, who is the current Knockouts Champion, will remain with Impact, PWInsider says.
My time at @IMPACTWRESTLING is up and I would to extend a HUGE thank you to them. They gave me my first official contract/job as a wrestler at 35yrs old and hired my wife at the same time. I’ll never forget that. It was a great chapter in my life, now onto the next one!! pic.twitter.com/5tB2CZKdBg
