New WWE signees EC3, Ricochet and War Machine were each shown in the crowd at ringside at NXT TakeOver: Philadelphia tonight.
EC3 was introduced as “EC 3” with a space between, though I’m not sure if that makes any difference. Word is that he has filed for a trademark for his EC3 name and Impact’s new policy is to let wrestlers be free to take their gimmicks elsewhere.
Ricochet was introduced as Trevor “Ricochet” Mann and War Machine were introduced as War Machine.
Candice LeRae also was at ringside for her husband Johnny Gargano’s match. LeRae got involved in the match, taking out Zelina Vega after she tried to attack Gargano for the second time in the match.
Every one of them was recently signed to a WWE contract.
EC3’s Impact contract expired earlier this month and it looks like his “TV” debut is probably very close, since WWE interviewed him backstage.
