Week 1 (To Air December 6)

William Regal announced that Drew McIntyre was injured, so there would be a series of matches to determine a new #1 contender. There will be four singles matches, with the winners then wrestling in a fatal 4 way for a title shot.

Andrade Almas and Zelina Vega came out to celebrate his championship win and Almas cut a promo on Drew McIntyre, saying that he hurt him and he’ll be out for a long time.

#1 Contender Qualifying Match: Killian Dain defeated Trent Seven via middle rope splash

No Holds Barred Match: Sonya Deville defeated Ruby Riott via choke hold

#1 Contender Qualifying Match: Johnny Gargano defeated Kassius Ohno via Gargano Escape submission

Week 2 (To Air December 13)

#1 Contender Qualifying Match: Lars Sullivan defeated Roderick Strong via Freak Accident

Ember Moon defeated Peyton Royce in a non-title match via the Eclipse. Peyton and Billie Kay attacked Ember after the match, but Nikki Cross made the save.

Andrade “Cien” Almas defeated Fabian Aichner in a non-title match via DDT

#1 Contender Qualifying Match: Aleister Black defeated Adam Cole via Black Mass

The Authors of Pain defeated Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan in a squash via Super Collider

Week 3 (To Air December 20)

NXT Tag Team Championship: Undisputed Era (Bobby Fish & Kyle O’Reilly) defeated SAnitY (Eric Young & Killian Dain) (c) via Total Elimination to become the new NXT Tag Team Champions. Young and Dain attacked Adam Cole on the outside, but the distraction lead to Young being hit with Total Elimination when he returned to the ring.

NXT Women’s Championship: Ember Moon (c) defeated Sonya Deville via the Eclipse. After the match, Kairi Sane came out and signaled that she wanted the title, but Shayna Baszler came out and choked Kairi out from behind.

WWE UK Championship: Pete Dunne (c) defeated Tyler Bate via the Bitter End

Week 3 (To Air December 27)

The Street Profits defeated Two “Jobbers” via frog splash in a quick squash.

#1 Contender Fatal 4-Way Match: Johnny Gargano defeated Aleister Black, Killian Dain and Lars Sullivan via DDT on Aleister Black after The Undisputed Era interfered and attacked Black (who had the match won). Gargano is the #1 contender and will face Andrade Almas for the NXT Championship at NXT TakeOver: Philadelphia on January 27.
