Four people announced today that they’ve been released from Impact Wrestling: Two referees and two wrestlers who have barely been used lately.
Referee Brian Hebner
With Impact taping their next set of shows in Canada, they’ve decided to use several local Canadian referees, according to PWInsider. As a result, a couple of referees announced that they’re no longer with the company.

James Storm
Former TNA Champion James Storm could be the next major Impact departure, according to PWInsider. Storm’s contract expires in January 2018. He may work the next set of tapings in November. Those tapings will be for at least a couple of months worth of shows, so his contract will have expired by the next tapings. As of now, signs point to him not re-signing. Storm has been with Impact/TNA since its inception in 2002.
