Jeff Jarrett on Social Media
After Tuesday’s news that Jeff Jarrett was being forced to take an “indefinite leave of absence” from GFW, he has updated his Twitter bio with booking info along with a line that says “Several new projects on the way…”
Husband! Father! Family Man! Love to quote Scripture and Quotes that mean something 2 me… Several new projects on the way…Bookings, email JJ4Jarrett@gmail.com
He also posted a bunch of “inspirational” quotes on his Instagram.
More on Jarrett
In addition to the reasons already mentioned, Dave Meltzer talked about a couple of specific examples of what was said to be Jarrett’s “erratic behavior” that may have lead to Anthem’s Ed Nordholm making the decision to remove him (for now).
There was a situation over the summer where Reby Hardy threatened to release drunk texts that Jeff Jarrett sent about the Broken Hardys situation. Those messages apparently got around to some people in the company, according to Dave Meltzer.
Stop doing stupid interviews before I release your drunk texts & the DUI records that somehow haven't gotten out WAIT OOPS @RealJeffJarrett https://t.co/zmw14Y2QPF

At AAA Triplemania, Jarrett was apparently “not in shape” for wrestling and stumbled around the ring. There was also apparently a situation where Jarrett was throwing tacos into the crowd in Mexico. Ed Nordholm was at the show.

GFW Conference Call
GFW had a media call yesterday, but said that they would not address the Jarrett situation or rumors of a GFW sale. However, they may address it on next Wednesday’s call.
Alberto El Patron
Alberto El Patron was apparently set to wrestle Jeff Jarrett at Bound for Glory, but that is no longer happening.
Alberto may actually be completely done with GFW, since Jarrett was rumored to be pushing for his return while Ed Nordholm wanted to cut ties with him.
Jim Cornette
On Jim Cornette’s latest podcast, The Jim Cornette Experience, he said that he is currently booked for the Bound for Glory PPV on November 5, but is not currently booked for the TV tapings that follow it, according to PWInsider.
Cornette was brought in by Jeff Jarrett, so his future with the company seems to be up in the air.
