Orlando, FL – Full Sail University
Commentary: Mauro Ranallo, Nigel McGuinness, Percy Watson
Nigel McGuinness introduced Mauro Ranallo and Mauro said that it was great to be there, but tonight wasn’t about him. Mauro then said that tonight’s main event between Asuka and Nikki Cross was “going to be L-I-T.”
Velveteen Dream vs. Hoho Lun
Velveteen Dream completely squashed Hoho Lun in a couple of minutes then won with a huge elbow drop off the top rope. Mauro called his finisher “the Purple Rainmaker.”

Earlier today, Asuka was being driven in the backseat of a car when Nikki Cross jumped in front of the car and tried to get in while screaming at Asuka. Security eventually took her away.
Backstage: William Regal, Authors of Pain, Heavy Machinery
In Regal’s office, The Authors of Pain and Heavy Machinery were yelling at each other. Regal then made a match between them in two weeks. Lots of loud, heavy breathing by the Authors of Pain…
Hideo Itami vs. Oney Lorcan
Lorcan attacked Itami with an uppercut then started attacking him in the corner. After a few seconds, Itami’s nose was busted and bloodied. Medical staff and the referee quickly came in and stopped the match and took Itami backstage.
Promo: Bobby Roode and Roderick Strong
They aired a promo video recapping the feud between Roderick Strong and Bobby Roode. They’ll face each other for the NXT Championship next week.
Hideo Itami vs. Oney Lorcan
Itami walked back out with his nose stuffed with gauze or whatever and called for Lorcan to come back out. Lorcan ran in and the match was underway. After a few minutes, Itami went for the Go to Sleep but Orcan wriggled free. He landed on his leg and seemed to injure it. The referee checked on Lorcan’s knee and Itami picked him up and nailed him with the GTS for the win.
Winner: Hideo Itami
In-Ring: Hideo Itami, Kassius Ohno, Sanity

After the last match, Itami got on the mic and asked Kassius Ohno to please come out. Ohno came out and they faced off, but Sanity (without Eric Young) ran in and attacked both Ohno and Itami. They got on the mic and said that Eric Young is working on a master plan and rambled about some other stuff…
NXT Women’s Championship – Last Woman Standing Match
Asuka (c) vs. Nikki Cross
Chairs and trash cans were involved. After a few minutes, Asuka tossed Nikki from the top rope onto a pile of chairs in the ring, but Nikki got up and backdropped Asuka on the chairs. Nikki grabbed the championship and went to hit Asuka, but Asuka kicked her in the face. Asuka tried to suplex Nikki to the outside onto a pile of chairs, but Nikki blocked her, then ran out and powerbombed Asuka as she stood on the apron onto a pile of chairs on the outside. The ref counted up to 9, but Asuka got up. Nikki hit Asuka with a spinning neckbreaker on the outside, but Asuka got up at 9 again. Nikki grabbed a ladder and hit Asuka. I miss Mauro on SmackDown…
Nikki set a table up near the announce table, then set up and climbed a ladder. Asuka got up and ran up the other side, then hit a huge suplex on Nikki off the top of the ladder through the announce table. The referee counted to 10 and Nikki was out.
Winner: Asuka
