Special Wrestlemania Documentary for New Day

This week’s new batch of content for the WWE Network was revealed to include a special behind the scenes documentary om New Day hosting Wrestlemania 33. The documentary is called “The New Day’s Fantastic Ride” and debuts this Tuesday on the Network’s On Demand section. WWE recently released a sneak preview for the documentary.

Triple H Congratulates Pete Dunne on Winning UK Championship

As part of NXT tradition with every new champion, Triple H recently praised and posed with new United Kingdom champion Pete Dunne. Dune won the belt after a great match with former champion Tyler Bate during yesterday’s NXT Takeover: Chicago special.

Rumors of CM Punk Signing Deal with 5 Star Wrestling Debunked

Earlier today the owner of 5 Star Wrestling sent out a tweet stating CM Punk had signed a deal to be involved in their upcoming 128-man tournament starting on June 10th. The tweet was later revealed to be fake due to news of both the owner’s Twitter account being hacked and CM Punk not agreeing to a deal yet.

5 Star Wrestling is currently reported to still be in talks with CM Punk and revealed to be offering a deal worth $1 million for the event.

Survivor Series 30th Anniversary DVD Set

WWE will be releasing a special DVD set celebrating the 30th anniversary of Survivor Series, according to website WrestlingDVDNetwork. The three-disc set is currently planned to be released on November 13th in the United Kingdom and November 14th in the United States.

In terms of content, it was revealed to be a Top 30 moments and matches covering the entire history of the event. The WWE recently released the synopsis for the set.

“On Thanksgiving Day, thirty years ago, WWE’s second pay-per-view event was born… this time with a new twist.

In the early days, teams of five strived to survive. Now, learn the true story about how one of WWE’s landmark events came to be from the Superstars who lived and competed in it.
