— House of Hardcore brought in 850 people for their Queens, NY event at the ELMCOR Center and over 1,400 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The crowd in Philly was a sellout.

— Tickets are on sale for the September 17 event in Philadelphia. Tickets went on sale on Saturday during intermission of the show. The sales were said to be really good, even with no matches or talent announced.

— Tommy Dreamer announced on Saturday that HOH would run monthly with at least 1-2 events in different markets.

— Rob Van Dam likely work more dates for the company, but nothing has been announced.

— Surprises in Philadelphia included Mickie James (setting up a mixed tag on May 7), Kevin Thorne (run-in attack on Bull James and Billy Gunn), Sean Waltman (saving Gunn) and The Sandman, who did his entrance and said goodbye to the crowd with Rob Van Dam, Dreamer and Rhino.

— Ricky Steamboat came out to thank the fans, then Vik Dalishus came out and confronted him. Steamboat chopped him and forced him to retreat.

— Billy Gunn said during his match that Bull James “blew him up” in the ring.

— There are rumors that HOH will run a different venue in New York City. There isn’t a lot of parking around the ELMCOR and it’s not close to public transportation.

— Shane Douglas stayed at the House of Hardcore show to pay tribute to Balls Mahoney, as did Joel Gertner. Douglas also stuck around until intermission backstage. He was previously booked for the Heroes & Icons convention that came before House of Hatdcore.

— Former ECW director Ron Buffone was also backstage visiting.

— Pro Wrestling NOAH allowed House of Hardcore to have two GHC Tag Team championship matches during the weekend, which could mean that they will continue to work together.

— The House of Hardcore School will relocate to Upstate New York soon.

— House of Hardcore’s next event is on May 7 in Niagara Falls, Ontario at the Scotiabank Center. Here’s the lineup:

* Extreme Rules Mixed Tag: Tommy Dreamer & Mickie James vs Pepper Parks & Cherry Bomb
* Sami Callihan vs Rhino

— House of Hardcore will run an event on June 24 in Australia. They are currently working out details with local partners.
