Rocked the elliptical for the first time today in months! Felt amazing! Love to sweat like this! And even though I still can't do ab workouts, cardio will help me get my abs back! I've lost 10 pounds and feel amazing!! I refused to gain weight after surgery, I may not be able to do a lot but with a strict diet and something little everyday it makes a huge difference! #stayfearless #fearlessnikki #morningmotivation #strongissexy #fitness
