Ronda Rousey Attends Saturday’s PWG Live Event Over UFC 196

Prowrestlingsheet.com reports that former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey was in attendance at last night’s PWG All-Star Weekend event. The website also has a picture of Rousey in attendance in the crowd at the event, which you can see at the above link. Meanwhile in Las Vegas, Rousey’s old rival Miesha Tate submitted Holly Holm to win the UFC title in the co-main event of UFC 196. In other words, the woman Rousey submitted twice beat the fighter who ended Rousey’s title reign.

The photo of Rousey at the PWG event was reportedly taken moments after Tate defeated Holm at UFC 196. Rousey appears to be checking her phone while Trevor Lee and Drew Galloway are in the midst of a match.

UFC President Dana White informed FS1 after UFC 196 that he texted Rousey to tell her that Tate submitted Holm. According to White, Rousey texted back, “Back to work for me.” You can also check out some more photos of Rousey at the event posted on social media below. Rousey’s boyfriend, UFC heavyweight fighter Travis Browne, is also at the event with her.
