UPDATE:As reported earlier, it appears that MVP had announced a parting of ways with TNA due to Hernandez being cut from the roster. PWInsider is now reporting that MVP is officially done with TNA, and TNA is expected to make an official announcement soon. The decision for MVP and TNA to part ways was reportedly made last Thursday (July 16).
In addition, TNA executive John Gaburick and MVP later posted the following tweets, making it official.
TNA @IMPACTWRESTLING and MVP (@The305MVP) have mutually agreed to part ways.
We wish him the best in the future.

The year and a half I spent at TNA was fun. I'll miss "the boys" (and girls). Great locker room. Full of passion and talent. True PROS!

ORIGINAL: The Hernandez/Lucha Underground issue has cost TNA another part of its roster. As previously reported, Hernandez’s signing with TNA and use during Impact tapings when it turned out he was under contract with Lucha Underground still has forced TNA to cut him and scrap a ton of already-taped programming. And now, it appears that MVP is gone due to the whole thing as well.
MVP took to Twitter, making several postings that suggest he’s done with the company and available for indy bookings:
Dear @IMPACTWRESTLING I dedicate this classic to you. It was fun…

Available for bookings.

The BDC is dead.
But never in spirit…
— MVP (@The305MVP) July 17, 2015
There were stories floating around since yesterday that MVP had in fact left the company, but sources wouldn’t confirm that. MVP had initially pushed for Hernandez to be signed, and all footage involving the BDC had to be scrapped because of the whole thing.
MVP signed with TNA back in February of last year and was under contract through next February. TNA has yet to officially confirm his departure.
