Bray Wyatt recently spoke with NJ.com to promote a upcoming live event in Trenton. He talked about his series of matches with Dean Ambrose. The show happens on January 23 at the Sun National Bank Center. It also features a street fight between John Cena and Seth Rollins, as well as as US title match between Rusev and Roman Reigns.
Wyatt said: “Between the street fight, the title match, and what I think will be the best match – between me and Dean – it’s a lot for any fan to take in. This is a showcase. People want to win by any means necessary. I would hardly call it wrestling. It’s more brawling and excitement and violence. When me and Ambrose are out there, people should stand back from the gates a little bit. It gets a little wild and crazy. I’m just focused on surviving – I think that goes for Dean, too.”
He also spoke about New Jersey fans. He added: “First of all, the fans in Trenton and all over the state are always a real treat for us, because they’re really into it and very vocal and it’s fun to be out there in front of them. I’m always the most excited when I’m in that area. The fans are riotous, and it helps me find a chapter within myself that might not exist in another town. It brings out the worst in me, which is the best for the fans.“
