Last Friday night’s WWE SmackDown broadcast drew a final 1.93 (1.9) cable rating, up from the previous week’s 1.86 (1.9) cable rating.
UPDATE: Monday’s WWE RAW broadcast scored a 2.75 (2.8) cable rating, even with last week’s number.
ORIGINAL: Last night’s episode of WWE RAW drew 3.77 million viewers and a 1.23 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic. Thus numbers are down 4% and 12% respectively from last week’s 3.93 million and 1.4 demo rating.
The show did hours of 3.90 million, 3.78 million and 3.64 million viewers. The household rating will be available later.
For you MMA fans out there, Bellator announced today via press release that Saturday’s Bellator 131 event peaked at 2 million viewers. The show averaged 1.24 million viewers, which makes it the second highest rated cable MMA event of 2014. The UFC Fight Night: Machida vs. Mousasi event did 1.4 million viewers, but that also had a NASCAR lead in. The show had steady ratings growth through out and peaked with the Ortiz vs. Bonnar main event.
The last non-UFC event that pulled in 2 million viewers at any time during it’s broadcast was the April 17th, 2012 Strikeforce: Nashville event.
