“Yes, sir, we promised you a great main event…”
The Monday, November 4, 2013 edition of WWE RAW emanates from Greensville, South Carolina. The show begins with Michael Cole welcoming us to RAW, immediately followed by CM Punk’s theme music. Punk comes out and passionately points out to the fans in Greensville that “it’s clobbering time.” As Punk continues his entrance, we get a recap video of The Wyatt Family’s attack of Punk on last Monday’s show. From there, we see Bray Wyatt with a latern. He informs the fans in Greensville that “we’re here.”
CM Punk vs. Luke Harper
The bell sounds and Punk immediately goes after Harper. Within seconds, Harper’s size and strength are too much for Punk early into this match. Harper overpowers Punk into the corner and goes to work. Punk fights back with a series of punches, but is cut off by a big elbow by Harper. Punk throws Harper out to the floor. He goes to dive through the ropes to the floor, but Harper comes forward and nails Punk with a big forearm shot right as Punk was coming through the ropes. Harper rolls back in the ring, as we hear Bray Wyatt tell Harper “to be smart.” Harper goes back to work on Punk in the middle of the ring. After dominating Punk for a little while longer, Punk again gets Harper out to the floor. This time, he makes a successful dive out to the floor on Harper. We head to a mid-match commercial. We return from commercial and Harper is back in control. Michael Cole informs us that the tide turned in the match on the WWE App during the commercial. We get a video replay of what went down on the WWE App during the commercial, which was Erick Rowan, sheep mask and all, distracting Punk from outside of the ring, allowing Harper to nail Punk with a big boot to the face. Back to the live action now, as Harper continues his offensive onslaught on “The Best In The World.”
Punk starts fighting back again, slowing Harper down with a spinning tornado-DDT. Both guys are down now. They both get back to their feet and begin exchanging punches. Punk mixes in some kicks and ultimately gets the better of the larger man. We see a shot of Bray Wyatt, chilling in his rocking chair outside the ring, shouting words of encouragement to Harper. Punk goes to the top rope. He signals for the flying elbow, but changes his mind and flies out to the floor onto Rowan. Punk slingshots himself back into the ring, but meets a big boot from Harper. Harper sets up for his version of JBL’s old Clothesline From Hell, but Punk avoids it and rolls up Harper for the 1-2-3.
After The Match:
After the match, the other members of The Wyatt Family immediately beat up Punk in the ring. After a few seconds, Daniel Bryan comes running down to the ring, with a steel chair. Bryan’s arm is heavily taped up, by the way. Bryan cleans house with the steel chair and The Wyatt Family back off and head back up the ramp. Punk and Bryan are aligned in the ring, looking out at The Wyatt Family as Punk’s music plays.
Michael Cole’s Sit-Down Interview With Triple H
Highlights are shown of the latest Michael Cole sit-down interview with Triple H from WWE.com. The focus of the highlights from the interview are HHH talking about Big Show’s multi-million dollar lawsuit, and HHH revealing that Big Show is “banned from WWE for life.” After the video recap ends, we see a video replay of Big Show hitting HHH with the Knockout Punch from RAW last month.
Tonight’s Live Poll:
Michael Cole informs everyone that this week’s live RAW poll on the WWE App allows fans to select Randy Orton’s opponent for later tonight. The options fans can vote for are Dolph Ziggler, Big E. Langston and The Miz. Fans can vote now on the WWE App or on WWE.com.
Tonight’s Main Event Announced:
As we head to our next commercial break on RAW, we are informed that the main event tonight will see John Cena teaming up with the current WWE Tag-Team Champions, Goldust and Cody Rhodes, to take on the trio of Damien Sandow and The Real Americans.
Renee Young Interviews CM Punk
Backstage, Renee Young is with CM Punk. Young asks if fighting The Wyatt Family is a fair fight. Punk says it wasn’t, but he’s used to it. He says he’s been dealing with Paul Heyman and his “goons” for months. He says the one thing they don’t know is that he isn’t the only one who has a problem with The Wyatt Family.
Live Telephone Interview With Paul Heyman
Paul Heyman is live on the phone. He says he’s in Europe and he’s seeing a number of specialists to help him with the injuries he’s suffering following the beating he received from CM Punk at the WWE Hell In A Cell pay-per-view. He breaks down some of the injuries he is suffering from and reminds everyone that he’s a married man with two children. He says what Punk did to him, after all they’ve been through, is inexcusable. He begins crying a bit as he’s talking and says CM Punk and the WWE Universe owes him an apology. Michael Cole says, “Paul, are you criyng?” Heyman then hangs up.
Ryback vs. The Great Khali
Ryback makes his way to the ring. We are told that earlier tonight, via the WWE App, Ryback is shown bullying Hornswoggle. He smashes a cupcake into the little guy’s face. Santino Marella says he should pick on somebody his own size. Ryback is fine with that. Santino says he isn’t talking about himself, he tells Ryback to look behind him. Behind him stands The Great Khali. Ryback doesn’t seem phased. He says he’s gonna take care of them. He calls them “freaks” and walks away. On that note, we head to commercial. We’re back live and Khali’s entrance is finishing up. The bell sounds and the two big men lock up. Both guys exchange punches, with Khali ultimately getting the better of them. Khali grabs Ryback by the ear and chops the hell out off him repeatedly. I guess the idea is that Khali is bullying Ryback in the ring the way Ryback bullied Hornswoggle, and has been bullying people for months now in WWE. Ryback tries fighting back but Khali cuts him short with a big clothesline. Khali sets up for the big Karate Chop but Ryback ducks it and comes off the ropes, nailing Khali with an enormous clothesline. I’m talking an amazing clothesline. Michael Cole says that was an amazing Meathook Clothesline. Ryback pins Khali. 1-2-3. Ryback wins.
Winner: Ryback
After The Match:
Ryback grabs Santino out on the floor. Hornswoggle tries dropkicking Ryback from inside the ring. It barely budges Ryback. Hornswoggle runs away and Ryback ends up throwing Santino into the ringside barricade. He raises his arms in victory once again and walks away smiling.
Kofi Kingston vs. Alberto Del Rio
Kofi Kingston’s music hits and out he comes. Michael Cole tells us that Kingston will have his work cut out for him, as he will be facing the former World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio, right after the break. On that note, we head to another commercial. Sorry guys, I missed the last few minutes due to a bad gas smell in our apartment building. Hopefully the building don’t burn down, that would be really inconvenient as I’ve had to do RAW play-by-play on a laptop outside for the rest of the show. Oh yeah, and I’d have to find somewhere else to live. Anyways! When I returned, Alberto Del Rio was laying out on the floor. Kingston was in the ring. The action returned to the ring, with Kingston hitting a few fast-paced moves. Del Rio cut Kingston off with a big kick. Del Rio has Kingston draped across the ropes, and nails him with a flying kick right to Kingston’s kisser. That looked pretty cool. Del Rio hits Kingston with a german suplex in the middle of the ring for a two count. Del Rio mocks Kingston’s “boom boom” hand gestures to a ton of boo’s from the fans in Greensville. Del Rio locks in a choke on Kingston. Kingston eventually fights his way out of it. He flips over Del Rio and rolls him up for a near fall. Del Rio cuts Kingston off within seconds with a big back-breaker. Del Rio re-applies a choke onto Kingston. Kingston fights out of it again and nails Del Rio in the stomach with a kick. Del Rio is hunched over and Kingston comes off the top rope with a flying body-press, landing on the back of Del Rio. Del Rio crashes face-first into the canvas. Cool spot. Kingston comes off the top with another cross body, the right way this time, for a near fall. This match is turning into a pretty damn good little match, and the crowd is way into it at this point. Out of nowhere, Del Rio jumps onto Kingston and locks in the Cross Armbreaker. Kingston fights it for a few seconds, but eventually taps out. Del Rio gets the submission victory.
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
David Otunga’s Case For Big Show
Michael Cole, JBL and Jerry Lawler talk some more about Big Show’s lawsuit against WWE before introducing a video package of David Otunga’s evidence. Some keywords relating to lawsuits are showm, with their definition’s next to them, followed by video packages to support them.
RAW Announcers Show Off The WWE App
We return from the in-depth lawsuit video package to Michael Cole reminding everyone that they can vote for Randy Orton’s opponent on tonight’s RAW on the WWE App. The RAW announce team show some of the features involved in the WWE App and remind everyone one more time to vote for Orton’s opponent, as we will get the results when we return to WWE RAW. With that said, we head to another commercial.
Randy Orton vs. Big E. Langston
We return from commercial and Randy Orton is making his way to the ring. Michael Cole reminds everyone that his opponent tonight will be the guy that the WWE Universe voted for on the WWE App. The options for the fans to vote on were Dolph Ziggler, Big E. Langston and The Miz. Jerry Lawler takes his headset off and grabs a microphone. As he starts to tell everyone who the WWE Universe voted for, he is cut off by Orton. Orton asks the fans if they think they really have a choice. He says it doesn’t give them any power. He tells the fans to look to their left and their right. He says what do you see? A girlfriend, a wife, maybe even your mother. He says right now those women are fantasizing what it would be like to wake up next to Randy Orton. He says if it’s your boyfriend, your husband or your father on your left or right, no matter how hard they work, they will never be half of the man that he is. He says the only thing the fans have power for tonight are selecting who The Viper’s next victim is going to be. Lawler gets back on the microphone and reveals the poll results. With 75 percent of the votes, Big E. Langston will be Orton’s opponent. For those who care, Dolph Ziggler received 12 percent of the votes and The Miz received 13. Langston makes his way to the ring as the announcers put over what a roll he’s been on lately. The bell rings and here we go. Langston nails Orton with a huge shoulder-block and the WWE Champions quickly rolls out to the floor to re-group. Back in the ring, Orton tries using his speed this time but Langston’s power is too much. Langston throws Orton around like a rag-doll for a while until Orton again rolls out to the floor to re-think things. Langston uses his power running into Orton, sending him flying out of the ring and crashing into the ringside barricade on the floor. On that note, we head to a mid-match commercial.
We return from commercial and Langston is on top of Orton in the corner doing the ten-punch sopt as the crowd counts along. Orton rolls out to the floor again, but this time Langston goes after him. Langston smashes Orton’s head off of the ringside steps. Orton finally uses his smarts to cut Langston off and now he’s in control of Langston back in the ring. Orton beats up Langston a bit in the ring. Langston goes running after Orton but Orton moves, and Langston basically hits a spear on nobody but the air as he goes flying through the ropes with a ton of momentum, and crashes onto the floor outside the ring. Back in the ring, Orton is going to work on the knee of Langston. Orton hits Langston with his trademark DDT with Langston’s body draped across the middle-rope. Orton is now doing his Viper routine as he is waiting for Langston to get back to his feet. Langston gets up and Orton goes for the RKO, but Langston shoves Orton off and nails him with a big tackle. Langston pulls down his straps and is setting up for The Big Ending finisher. He hoists Orton up, but Orton slides out the back door and nails Langston with a RKO out of nowhere. 1-2-3. Orton wins.
Winner: Randy Orton
Fandango & Summer Rae vs. Tyson Kidd & Natalya
Mixed-tag-team action is up next on RAW. Summer Rae and Fandango dance their way to the ring. We head to a commercial during their ring-walk. When we return, Tyson Kidd and Natalya comes out. During their entrance we get some video recaps of the first half of season one of Total Divas. Michael Cole plugs the return of Total Divas on E! this Sunday. The bell rings and Fandango and Kidd start things off. They work for a bit and then tag out. As soon as Summer Rae tagged in, the Greensville fans popped huge. Summer bitch-slaps Natalya and Natalya grabs Summer for a Sharpshooter attempt. No dice. Summer Rae is back in control, screeching and squeeling as she beats up one of the stars of Total Divas. Summer is not only extremely attractive, but she plays great heel during her matches. Her and AJ Lee would are the proper ingredients for a nice little Diva-feud, if AJ ever turns back babyface. They’re both hot as hell too, did I mention that? The fellas tag back in and they are flying all over the place. Actually, these two are putting on some great action. Summer screeches to the point I wanted to rip my ears off just now, distracting Kidd and allownig Fandango to regain control of the offense. Fandango comes off the top rope looking for the leg-drop but Kidd pops up and catches him coming down in the Sharpshooter. Summer runs in the ring, but Natalya gets her out of the way. Fandango taps out to Kidd’s Sharpshooter. The newlyweds get the win in this mixed-tag-team match.
Winners: Tyson Kidd & Natalya
Renee Young Interviews Damien Sandow and The Real Americans
Renee Young is backstage with Damien Sandow. Renee tells Sandow he is only the second person to cash in a Money In The Bank briefcase and not capture a WWE Championship. She says, “let’s take a look” and we shoot to a video replay of last week’s Sandow-John Cena match. We return from the video package and Renee asks for Sandow’s thoughts. Sandow says the thought of the referee counting 1-2-3 keeps him up at night. Sandow says he’s now a man who will do anything it takes to get what he wants. With that said, Zeb Colter comes into the picture with The Real Americans. He says that’s what America is all about. He talks about tonight’s six-man tag match with Sandow and The Real Americans against John Cena and the WWE Tag-Team Champions, Goldust and Cody Rhodes. Colter and The Real Americans do their “We the people” saying and walk off. Sandow says “me, the uncrowned World Champion.” He walks off. Michael Cole simply says, “John Cena in action…next.” On that note, we head to a commercial break.
John Cena, Goldust & Cody Rhodes vs. Damien Sandow & The Real Americans
We return from commercial and John Cena’s music hits. Cena actually gets a pretty positive reaction from the fans in Greensville. Enormous reaction as usual, but like I said, mostly positive this time. He gets in the ring and grabs a microphone. “Man we got some excitement in here tonight.” Is it just me, or does Cena sound more ghetto than ever since he has returned to WWE? Anyways, he switches topics to promote the WWE’s partnership with the Susan G. Komen foundation. His ghetto voice switches to serious-Cena voice as he talks about the “Rise Above Cancer” merchandise proceeds going to find a cure for breast cancer. Cena asks the WWE Universe to stand as we have some breast cancer survivors and their families at ringside here tonight. Cena puts them over a bit and finishes by saying “The Champs are here.” Plural. Goldust’s music hits and out he comes with Cody Rhodes. The WWE Tag-Team Champions makes their way to the ring as Justin Roberts begins his formal introductions for the upcoming match. Michael Cole sends us to another commercial.
Curtis Axel vs. Big E. Langston is announced by Michael Cole for this week’s edition of WWE Main Event. We return to RAW and Zeb Colter is on commentary now. As is Alberto Del Rio. Those two argue a bit as Cena and Sandow kick things off in the ring. Cena quickly tags Cody Rhodes in and Rhodes picks up where Cena left off. Sandow tags in Jack Swagger once he gets control of the offense. Rhodes gets the better of Swagger momentarily and tags his big brother in. Goldust goes to work on Swagger as the crowd pops. Colter and Del Rio continue to bicker and argue on commentary. Michael Cole mentions Tyson Kidd is trending number one worldwide on Twitter right now and then plugs Sunday’s return of Total Divas. Swagger tags in Antonio Cesaro and Cesaro is beating up Rhodes. Rhodes tags Cena in. Cena and Cesaro stare each other down now. They do a bunch of tests of strength with each other, playing up the power both guys are known for. We get our first passionate “let’s go Cena, Cena sucks” dueling chants from the fans in Greensville. Cena smirks as they get louder. We go back to more tests of strength between Cena and Cesaro. Cesaro cheap-shots Cena and now the bad guys are back in control of the match. Cena slows Cesaro down and makes the tag to Goldust. Goldust immediately goes to work on Cesaro and Colter and Del Rio argue even more on commentary. Everything about this segment is horrendous. Goldust tags Rhodes back in. Cesaro tags Sandow back in. Rhodes beats up Sandow briefly and then tags Cena back in. Sandow rolls out to the floor. Michael Cole mocks Sandow for being “the uncrowned champ” as he runs away from the fight. We head to another mid-match commercial as the bad guys are all out on the floor collecting themselves.
We return and Cesaro is beating up Cena. Cesaro tags Sandow back in and Sandow takes advantage of a beaten up Cena. The crowd does another dueling “let’s go Cena, Cena sucks.” Swagger is tagged in and he continues the heel beatdown of Cena. Swagger nearly locks Cena into the Patriot Lock, but Cena manages to escape before suffering any real damage. Swagger tags Cesaro back in. Cesaro toys with a gronded Cena as Del Rio and Colter really annoy the crap out of me on commentary. Way too much arguing from those two when Del Rio is working with Cena at the next pay-per-view, so it’s all basically pointless stuff. The crowd is stomping their feet and screaming so loud that the still-camera shot appears to be shaking. They switch cameras and Cena cuts Cesaro off finally as the crowd explodes. “Listen to these people!” an excited Michael Cole exclaims. It is definitely a hot crowd tonight. Sandow tags back in and goes back to work on Cena as the fans again try to rally behind him. Cena hoists Sandow up out of nowhere for the Attitude Adjustment, but Sandow escapes and knocks Cena back down to the mat. Del Rio mummbles something in Spanish on commentary and JBL makes a dumb joke. Cena powerbombs Sandow and the crowd is going ape-shit as both guys crawl to their corners for a tag. Cena tags Goldust and Sandow tags in Cesaro. Goldust takes the hot-tag and goes to work straight away against Cesaro. Goldust comes off the top with a turning cross-body on Cesaro for a near fall. All the other guys hit the ring. Cena nails Swagger with the Attitude Adjustment. As soon as Cena turns around, Sandow hits him with his finisher. Cody Rhodes knocks Sandow out to the floor. Back in the ring, Cesaro has Goldust locked up for the giant swing. Cesaro swings Goldust 16 times by my count. Goldust lands on the mat and immediately rolls out to the floor. Cena throws Cesaro into Colter on commentary, knocking him out of his chair. Goldust hits a bulldog on Cesaro. He pins him but Sandow breaks it up. Rhodes hits a moonsault off the top. Cena hits a cross-body off the top. Goldust hits his finisher on Cesaro. 1-2-3. The good guys win. Swagger is attending to Colter on the floor, who is still laid out from Cesaro being thrown into him by Cena.
Winners: John Cena, Goldust & Cody Rhodes
Backstage: Big Show Arrives, Triple H & Stephanie McMahon Argue
After another lawsuit video package, we see Big Show in a suit walking around backstage. We shoot to Triple H’s locker room. Vickie Guerrero storms in and franticly informs the WWE COO that Big Show is here. Stephanie McMahon comes in and HHH tells her Big Show is in the building and Vickie let him in. Stephanie says Vickie didn’t let him in, she did. She says the WWE board of directors doesn’t want to take any risks right now and that they can’t afford a lawsuit. HHH says he doesn’t care, he banned him for life. Stephane again tells HHH that it’s not about them, it’s bigger than them. She says they have to settle the lawsuit Big Show filed against them tonight. HHH says that it’s “personal McMahon business” again, eh? Stephanie tells HHH he never had problems taking McMahon money. HHH says he hates Big Show. HHH tells Vickie Guerrero to tell Big Show to get in his office right now. We’re still backstage but we hear a loud “Big Show, Big Show” chant out in the arena. On that note, we head to commercial.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Curtis Axel
We return from commercial and Dolph Ziggler is making his way to the ring. After his entrance is complete the WWE Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel makes his way to the ring. The bell rings and Axel immediately goes to work on Ziggler. Both guys hit the ropes many times, ducking each others clothesline attempts, etc., with the final blow coming when Ziggler hits a picture-perfect dropkick to the kisser of the current I-C champ. Within seconds, however, Axel is back in control of the offensive flow of this contest, beating up Axel and talking trash as he does it. Mixhael Cole recaps what just went down with Big Show, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon backstage prior to the commercial as the action continues in the ring. Axel is still firmly in control of Ziggler. Ziggler finally mounts a big of offense. He splashes Axel in the corner and follows it up with a neckbreaker. Ziggler hits a big elbow drop on Axel and covers him for a near fall. Axel cuts Ziggler’s offensive spree a bit short now, and is once again back in control of the match. Out of nowhere, Ziggler hits the FameAsser on Axel. He pins him, but Axel manages to kick out at the count of two. Moments later, Ziggler hits a Zig-Zag on Axel. 1-2-3. Ziggler wins. Guess this was another non-title match. Still don’t understad why WWE has so many non-title matches, but whatever. Good to see Ziggler pick up a victory, albeit a meaningless one, here on WWE RAW.
Winner: Dolph Ziggler
Renee Young Interviews Daniel Bryan
Renee Young interviews Daniel Bryan backstage. Renee asks if Bryan made a wise decision running into a potentially dangerous decision with The Wyatt Family earlier tonight. Bryan says he saw a chance for redemption and even if it wasn’t a wise decision he took it. Renee thanks Bryan for his time. Bryan has his hair in a little ponytail now by the way, for those who care about those sort of things. His arm is all taped up as hell, selling the injuries he sustained at the hands of The Wyatt Family last week.
Backstage: Triple H, Stephanie McMahon & Vickie Guerrero
Backstage, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon are talking as we return from commercial. Vickie Guerrero comes in and says Big Show is willing to meet with them, but not in their office. Stephanie tells Vickie to tell Big Show to be a man and come in here now. Vickie tells them that he wants to meet with them in the ring. HHH says he wants witnesses. We return back to the ring.
The Usos vs. 3MB
The Uso’s made their way to the ring before the commercial. JBL chanted along with them during their ring-walks. After the backstage segment, when we returned to the ring, 3MB was already in the ring. Drew McIntyre and Heath Slater will be representing 3MB in this match. McIntyre starts things off with one of the Usos. McIntyre is beating up Uso. He attempts to pin him but the other Uso comes in to break things up. McIntyre goes back to work on Uso as Slater yells “3MB baby” to the fans in Greensville. McIntyre makes the tag to Slater. Slater picks up where McIntyre left off, going to work on Uso. Uso makes the tag and the Usos are beating up Slater now. Uso hits a big splash on Slater off the top rope. 1-2-3. The Usos win.
Winners: The Usos
Renee Young Interviews Los Matadores & El Torito
Renee Young is backstage with the Los Matadores. She says they’ve made quite the impact since making their WWE debut. She introduces a video package highlighting what they’ve done, along with their little bull-buddy El Torito, thus far in their WWE run. El Torito runs in and he’s spazzing out. Diego and Fernando says El Torito is horny. They say he’s horny in the knees. Whatever.
The Bella Twins vs. Eva Marie vs. AJ Lee, Tamina Snuka & Aksana
The Bella Twins and Eva Marie come out together to the Bella Twins music. Michael Cole says six-Diva tag-team action is coming up next after this break. We head to a commercial. The first commercial is another plug for this Sunday’s return of Total Divas on the E! cable channel. As we return from commercial we get a video replay from RAW last week showing Kane telling Stephanie McMahon, “the monster is yours to unleash.” Back live in the arena, AJ is skipping around the outside of the ring holding up her Divas Championship. The team opposing the Total Divas ladies will be AJ Lee, Tamina Snuka and Aksana. Nikki and Tamina start things off. Tamina immediately over-powers Nikki and is dominating the action early on. Nikki finally cuts Tamina off and tags in her twin sister, Brie. Brie hits a sweet missile dropkick off the top rope on Tamina for a near fall. Tamina regains control and cleans house of all of the Total Divas by herself. Tamina goes up to the top rope. She attempts the Superfly off the top but misses. Out of nowhere, Eva Marie tags herself in and immediately rolls Tamina up. 1-2-3. Eva Marie scores the pinfall and the Total Divas get the win.
Winners: The Bella Twins & Eva Marie
Triple H & Stephanie McMahon Head To The Ring
Backstage we see Triple H and Stephanie McMahon making their way to the ring. Michael Cole points out the fact that they’ll be live in the arena when RAW returns from the break. On that note, we head to a commercial break.
WWE SmackDown Main Event For This Week
As we return from commercial, Michael Cole announces a Daniel Bryan vs. Luke Harper main event for this week’s edition of WWE SmackDown.
In-Ring Segment: Triple H, Stephanie McMahon & Big Show
Triple H’s music hits and out comes the WWE COO along with his wife, “one of the principle owners of WWE,” Stephanie McMahon. HHH gets on the mic and tells Big Show to come out to the ring. Nothing happens. Stephanie says “come on Big Show, you’re obviously in high-demand.” Big Show’s music hits and out comes Big Show with a nice suit on and a big old smile on his face. Stephanie says he’s agreed to settle, they’ve agreed to settle, with no lawyers, so she wants to know what he wants. Big Show says he wants a broom so she can hop on and fly back to Connecticut. HHH cuts him off and says he can trade insults with the best of them. He says since Big Show is broke, how many zero’s does he have to write on the check for Big Show to sell his dignity one more time. Big Show says he doesn’t have any money problems because he doesn’t have any money. He says he wants to perform for the fans again. He wants to prove he’s the best. “I just want my job back, Hunter.” HHH mocks Big Show. As he goes to tell Big Show to shove it up his ass, Stephanie cuts him off. “Hunter! Hunter!” Stephanie tells Big Show he’s got it. He’s re-hired. Big Show laughs and says he’s got his job back. “Yes! Yes! Yes!” the crowd chants it with him. Big Show says there’s just one more little thing. Big Show thinks to make the world’s largest lawsuit to go away, the world’s largest athlete deserves the world’s largest bonus. He says he’s just joking and tells Triple H to calm down. He says it’s not about the money. Big Show says he wants something he’s never had before in 18 years in the company. He said he wants to be the face of WWE. Stephanie freaks out. “Have you seen your face in the mirror lately?” As she continues to insult him, HHH stops her and tells her to calm down. The Shield’s music hits out of nowhere and they come out through the crowd. Big Show asks what’s going on. We head to a commercial literally out of nowhere.
We return from commercial and HHH says he’s sorry for the interuption. Big Show says what he wants and what HHH is going to give him is a WWE Championship match against Randy Orton at WWE Survivor Series. HHH tells him he’s lucky to have his job back and he should be happy. He gets in his face and threatens him. He tells him to get the hell out of his ring. Big Show asks if he’s sure about that. He asks if that’s his final answer. HHH says absolutely. Big Show walks out and says early tomorrow morning his lawyer will comlete his task and he’ll own all of you. “So, goodnight.” As he walks up the ramp, HHH stops him and tells him to wait. HHH begrudgingly says he’s got his match at Survivor Series. Big Show says he couldn’t hear him and asks him to repeat it. HHH does so angrily. Big Show says he doesn’t hear that good after his wife busted his ear-drum a couple of weeks ago (when she slapped the hell out of him). He asks him to repeat it one more time. HHH says he’s got his match at Survivor Series. Big Show, back in the ring now and in HHH’s face. He tells HHH to say it one more time in a clear, coherent voice. HHH says “you have your job back. You have a WWE Championship match at Survivor Series against Randy Orton.” Big Show says “now that wasn’t that hard, now was it, fella?” He asks if he wants to shake on it. The crowd chants “shake, shake, shake.” HHH says now that he works for him again, he thinks Big Show should step into the ring and compete tonight like anyone else. He says Big Show will compete in a handicap match against these men in the ring right now (The Shield) and the man who’s going to beat him at Survivor Series, Randy Orton. Out comes Orton. Big Show takes his suit jacket and tie off.
Big Show vs. Randy Orton & The Shield
Orton and The Shield talk for a bit at ringside amongst themselves. All four guys enter the ring as the bell rings. Big Show goes to work on Dean Ambrose in the corner, but Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Orton all gang up on him from behind. Big Show fights back a bit but the numbers game is eventually too much for him. Orton tells The Shield to hoist him up. Big Show starts fighting back again. He chokeslams Reigns. Rollins and Ambrose go to double-suplex him but he reverses it and suplexes both of them at once. It’s just Big Show and Orton now. Big Show takes his shirt off, but before he can do anything, Kane’s music hits. Kane comes out without a mask in a full suit. Orton tried to RKO Big Show off of the distraction but Big Show avoids it. Big Show almost chokeslams Orton but Rollins comes off the top rope and nails him. When Big Show gets up, Orton hits him with the RKO. Kane tosses several chairs into the ring. Orton, Rollins and Ambrose all have chairs and they all take turns beating the living crap out of Big Show with chairs. Roman Reigns is nowhere to be found, by the way. HHH tells Kane to clear off the announcer’s table. He does. Rollins and Ambrose pull Big Show outside the ring. Roman Reigns is back in the picture now as he picks up the ringside steps and nails Big Show with them. The Shield hoists Big Show up and they triple-powerbomb him through the announce table. Stephanie McMahon can be overheard yelling “Show, welcome back” with a mean look on her face. Orton gets in Big Show’s face and holds up the WWE Title and taunts him. Orton’s music hits. Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, Kane, Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose all stand around Big Show and stare at the beaten giant as this week’s edition of WWE RAW goes off the air.
Winner: No Contest
