— Rain, who was Payton Banks and worked with Bobby Roode in TNA, broke her wrist in three places Friday night while working the SHINE 5 iPPV main event in Tampa, Florida. She refused to go home and worked through the entire match as planned, including taking Mercedes Martinez’ finish. She went to the emergency room after the match.
— WWNLive.com is still working on their Roku channel. The plan is the launch the channel at the beginning of the year if not sooner. They are in the final stages of beta testing and working out any kinks. When finished, fans will be able to order and stream iPPVs live and on demand on their TV if they own a Roku box.
— CHIKARA will return to New York City tomorrow at the Highline Ballroom at 1 PM for Cibernetico 2012. The show is earning the strongest pre-sale for the NYC market to date.
— The documentary produced and direction by Nigel McGuinness about his career and its early end will be called The Last of McGuinness. The trailer has been released and you can find it below.
