— WWE’s video game partner THQ is undergoing another restructuring after reporting a $240 million loss during the recent fiscal year. Variety reports that the company has parted ways with Danny Bilson, who the Executive Vice President of core games including “Homefront,” so he can “pursue other interests,” and senior VP of core games Dave Davis.
The company has hired two new executives, including Jason Rubin who will be in charge of the company’s product development, marketing, and publishing operations including the new WWE ’13 video game.
The company is also planning a reverse stock split so it can avoid being delisted on the NASDAQ market.
