— While promoting WWE’s tour of Canada next month, Kofi Kingston told the Ottawa Sun that Chris Jericho was his inspiration to become a pro wrestler. Here is what Kofi had to say… “I used to watch him in WCW and he’s a big reason why I got involved in wrestling. He wasn’t the biggest guy and I wasn’t either. So when I saw him on TV, I knew I could do this. It gave me a sense of mind that I could make it.”

— Fit Finlay, Chuck Taylor, Low Ki, AR Fox Sami Callihan, Bobby Fish and the Super Smash Brothers have been announced for the April 13th EVOLVE event in Toronto. The event will be a part of the WrestleReunion convention from April 13th through the 15th. Bruno Sammartino, Roddy Piper, Honky Tonk Man, Tammy Sytch, Road Warrior Animal, Tommy Dreamer, Finlay, Vader, Gene Okerlund, Jimmy Hart, Harry Smith, Shane Douglas, Tito Santana and Rick Martel have been announced for the WrestleReunion convention.
