NOV 14th – NEW YORK – The newest music icon to be added to the Urban Wrestling Federation’s growing list of talent is “The Prince of New York,” DJ Self, was announced today. The Urban Wrestling Federation took over the hip-hop and wrestling scenes earlier this year with 3 blockbuster national broadcasts, which successfully married the worlds of hip-hop music and professional wrestling, to the delight of thousands of pay-per-view viewers
DJ Self, hailing from Brooklyn NY, is known for his numerous gigs in the city and around the world, his regular performances on Power 105fm, Sirius and XM Satellite Radio’s Shaded 45 and his many personal endeavors, including Selfish Music Group.
No time will be wasted getting Self into the game – he will be featured on the next installment of the UWF, Thug Assassins, slated to hit all major PPV networks on Sunday, January 22nd including iNDemand, DIRECTV, Dish Network and Avail TVN ENT. This 4th event debut will join the previous trilogy, which included First Blood, Hood Justice and Street King, which garnered rave reviews from urban music and wrestling critics and fans alike.
