— The Southern Pines Pilot has an article on Jeff Hardy’s court case. They are confirming that the prosecution asked for a continuance yesterday due to the state waiting for test results from the drugs found at Hardy’s house in 2009. Hardy’s attorney Jim Van Camp was ready to take a plea bargain when the Assistant District Attorney said that the state is still waiting for the results. The DA asked for a June 2nd hearing. When he said that the test could be done in thirty days, the judge ordered that the results be rushed and set an April 20 court date. You can read more about that at http://www.thepilot.com/
