— There is a recent interview with former WWE announcer Jonathan Coachman. Coach talks about all the embarrassing things he was booked to do, and goes on to talk about how working for the WWE affected his position as a serious broadcaster. You can read it at http://astheworldturnsleft.com/?p=235

— Chicago Bear Dave Duerson, who was ruled to have committed suicide via a gunshot wound to the chest after his death on 2/17, has donated his brain to Chris Nowinski’s organization The Center for the Study of Traumatic Encephalopathy. Duerson felt that the brain injuries that he suffered playing football led to him getting to the point where he ended his own life.

— The district championships for the New Jersey High School state wrestling tournament began this past weekend. Colton Bigelow, son of the late Bam Bam Bigelow, took the District 22 215 pound title. He was seeded fourth going in. He is a junior and will advance on later this week.
