Update On WWE Travel Issues, Big RAW Match, Y2J Note

— Randy Orton vs. The Miz vs. Wade Barrett vs. John Cena headlines this Thursday’s RAW live event at the Verizon Center in Washington D.C. Also advertised is Daniel Bryan vs. the winner of a 12 Man Battle Royal, Mark Henry vs. Sheamus, and Melina & Eve vs. Alicia Fox & Maryse.

— Chris Jericho will be taking part in an autograph signing for his new book Undisputed on Wednesday, Feb. 16 at Book Revue 313 New York Ave Huntington, NY from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

— As noted earlier here on the website, several Florida based WWE talents including Heath Slater, Alicia Fox, Gail Kim and Sgt. Slaughter were unable to fly in for tonight’s Raw live event at Madison Square Garden in New York City due to hazardous weather conditions. Fox exclaimed on Twitter, “Stuck in snow!!! :( can’t get to MSG!!” We also noted that WWE ring announcer Justin Roberts apparently arrived late to the event as the first few matches were handled by a company staffer. Note from Ryan Clark: There is already about 8 inches of snow here in Albany, NY and VERY windy. There are blizzard warnings in effect and it’s set to snow through the early afternoon tomorrow before finally tapering off with a total of nearly 20 inches. This is one of the nastiest storms I’ve seen in years. Tomorrow is going to be an interesting day for WWE talents to say the least. Also, our WWE RAW arrival coverage looks like a no-go as it’s just too dangerous to put someone out there in these conditions. We’ll still be here with the latest news and rumors though providing we have power. Stay tuned to the site for the latest from your pro wrestling reporter/weatherman – Ryan Clark! :)
