— Big Red, the WWE Studios film which stars Randy Orton, Ed Harris (Gone Baby Gone) and Amy Madigan (Grey’s Anatomy), completed principal shooting on March 19, according to a recent interview with Orton. The film tells the story of Andy, an intelligent 12-year-old boy whose English teacher (Harris) teams him up with social outcast Stanley (the film’s titular “Big Red“). The lives of all 3 are changed forever when Andy watches Stanley stand up to a school bully. Orton plays the bully’s father, an adversary for Harris’s character.
— The May 25 SmackDown! taping will emanate from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, OH. Tickets go on sale April 10th at 10 AM.

— USA won the weekly cable race yet again with a 2.3 average rating, against a 2.1 for Fox News. Syfy was at 18 with 0.8 and Spike was at 23 with a 0.7 average. The Stone Cold-hosted Raw came second and third overall behind Life on Discovery (3.8). In the 18-34 group, the second hour came in at 8 while ther first hour was not in the top 10. In the 18-49 demographic, Raw came in at 3 and 5.
