Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks are in talks with multiple venues to self-finance a show that would seat over 10,000 fans, according to Pro Wrestling Sheet.
This apparently started after Dave Meltzer tweeted that Ring of Honor wouldn’t be able to sell out an arena with over 10,000 seats “any time soon.” Rhodes responded that he’ll “take that bet.”
@davemeltzerWON do you think ROH can ever sell out an arena with 10k+ fans? Something like the Madison Square Garden?

Since then, Cody has been “dedicated” to making it happen, Pro Wrestling Sheet says. He and The Young Bucks are planning on self-financing the event and have been in talks with several venues, with front-runner locations being Chicago, London, San Francisco and Ontario, CA (which is where the Bullet Club WWE “invasion” happened).
They’re looking to partner with ROH, where they have exclusive US contracts, but it’s not confirmed if they have worked out a deal yet.
